Close to several metro stations and with a varied offer of some of the most traditional restaurants and cafes in the city, it benefits from an ideal location to get to know Porto without needing public transport.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a traditional building, with a balcony with views over the city.

Gorgeous sunset view from balcony!! Carlos is incredibly helpful, and unit was perfect with easy walking distance to tourist sites and also with metro access just a few feet away. Everything was clean and comfortable—highly recommend!!

Convenient stay in Porto

We had a great stay in Porto, Carlos was a very accommodating host. The location is great, we were about a 10-15 minute walk to most of the sights around historic Porto and close to the metro for anywhere else we wanted to go. Apartment is well kept and in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Spot in Porto

We had 3 wonderful nights in Porto. Carlos was very responsive and gave us lots of information about the city. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the downtown core of the city. Would recommend this place to stay.

Room was as listed, and it was indeed a sunny little place close to everything that we were interested in. Porto is the BEST and has so many things to offer. The room was clean, had plenty of towels although some bowls for cereal of some kind would have been appreciated. Carlos has been very good with communication regarding any of our questions.He met us at the property on check in and sat with us to point out the sights in the city.The property has all you need and is very centrally located to walk to the sights. We were here at the beginning of September and so it was not super hot out. He does have a couple fans and the nice big balcony doors fo open. I would recommend his property for anyone looking to stay in Porto.

Beautiful apartment!

This is a very clean and well equipped studio apartment. It is quiet, but easy walking distance to the sights downtown. Carlos was very welcoming, and gave us lots of good information on what to do, and how to get there. Only one flight up, and great balconies!

Sunny apartment

Carlos was a wonderful host and gave us a list of things to do and places to eat. All of his recommendations were excellent!! He told us how to take the metro from the airport which was easy! We loved the location for walking every where we wanted to go within 20 minutes. Do know it’s downhill everywhere we wanted to go which means it’s uphill back but we loved it! Markets are close and we had coffee every morning on the little deck. We would stay here again!!

Parking is an issue…free lot behind unit is always full. On street parking is free overnight but 2.40 per 2 hours. Did not try the parkade downthe street.

My husband & I had a great stay in this lovely apartment- perfect for a short getaway to this lovely city. A ten minute walk out of the centre, close to a supermarket & hosted excellently by Carlos I forgot my new necklace, purchased by from an artisan vendor. Carlos mailed it to me. Thank yiu!

Relaxing stay

This apartment was perfect for my daughter and myself. We were only spending 3 days in Porto and the coziness of the apartment was perfect for us. I especially enjoy a balcony so that was a perk for me. The location was perfect for walking around the center of the city. Plus, it was very close to two train stations. Our host was absolutely the best. We easily communicated with him through the Vrbo app and WhatsApp. We arranged to meet at the apartment and he was very helpful. He also provided us with a walking map and great suggestions for where to eat and what to visit in the city. I loved our stay and highly recommend.

The unit smelled of mold. The shower was actually moldy on the floor because it leeks. The bed was okay. The unit is very small. The balcony is really not somewhere you would sit kinda dirty. Location was okay close to most things to walk to. We would not stay there again.

Adorable, Clean, Great Location, Amazing Host

I spent 4 nights in Porto at Carlos’ studio apartment. It was adorable, clean, cutely decorated and in an amazing location. I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. Carlos was an amazing host, very quick to respond to messages before and during my stay. He met me with the keys and patiently talked me through the full map of Porto circling all of the key attractions and offering restaurant suggestions. He was an amazing host. The apartment was super cute, great bedding, had everything I needed to cook and enjoy my time here. If I find myself back in Porto, I will absolutely stay at Carlos’ sunny house with its shutters and cute balcony. Hands down the best communication of any vrbo experience I have had! Thanks Carlos!!
