Inside a historic building located near Piazza San Marco, this charming apartment will enchant you with its atmosphere. You just need to open the windows to admire the gondolas passing by before your very eyes.
Recently restored, with exposed wooden beams and classy furniture, the accommodation has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen with
all appliances you might need, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
To give you all the comfort you need during a holiday, the apartment is equipped with wi-fi access, air conditioning, Smart TV, iron and hairdryer.
Located near Ponte Dei Bareteri, you will be a 3-minute walk from both Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. There are few vaporetto stops within waking distance and from there you can reach Marco Polo airport, Santa Lucia train station and other islands of the lagoon such as Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night. Pets are not allowed.

Perfect Location!

Amazing location, fabulous showers and living area. Seamless check- in process. The only down side is that it does not have a balcony. I would stay again, though. It was very clean.

This is the perfect location and property!

My family of 5 stayed in this property over a busy and hot weekend during our travels through Italy. The check in process was organized and the communication with our host was good. Irene was our host and she was perfectly helpful during the process. The property is centrally located and easy to access. It is state of the art and modern in every way. It was perhaps the best property we stayed at on our trip. Highly recommend.
