Panoramic villa on the hills of Pieve a Elici in the municipality of Massarosa.
Ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday, a few kilometers from the beaches and attractions of Versilia.
The house is spread over three levels. Downstairs wonderful kitchen with working fireplace, relaxation corner, bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden and porch, suitable for summer dinners; equipped with barbecue and pizza oven. On this floor there is also the swimming pool open from 1st June to 15th September. On the first floor a large living room with sofa, TV, and terrace, from which you can admire a view of Lake Massaciuccoli and the entire coast of Viareggio, also there are two bedrooms with double bed with window overlooking the sea and new bathroom, with large shower.
The third bedroom is located in the attic where there are two single beds with en suite bathroom and access to a terrace with a splendid view.
Linen included including pool towel.
The cost of electricity and gas are not included, they are counted at the end of the stay.
