About this property

Magnificent mansion in upmarket Ravenscourt Park

The Rylett is a magnificent West London mansion situated on the corner of two of the best roads in the very upmarket area of Ravenscourt Park. This Victorian property features four luxurious bedrooms and four bathrooms, a spacious, modern kitchen and dining area connected to a colourful garden through French windows. Nearby Askew Road provides, local shops, bars and restaurants. Easy access from Heathrow Airport. Free wifi. And a warm welcome.

Nestled on a leafy street near Ravenscourt Park, this well-loved house is great for families seeking a gentle pace of life and generous outdoor space. Full of light, colour and a quintessential English flair, it features two lounges, a spacious garden-facing kitchen, a large master suite and charming children’s rooms. There are nearby amenities on the recently gentrified Askew Road, and you’ll be well placed for daytime excursions into Central London and perfectly set for relaxed days at home in the extensive split level garden with a BBQ, basketball net and alfresco dining area.

The bedrooms consist of a stunning master suite, with ensuite master bathroom. On the same first floor level is a twin bedroom, and a further single room, and a further family bathroom. And then on the second floor, there is a further double guest bedroom with adjoining bathroom.

The property is maintained to a very high level, and there are all the comforts of modern living throughout, luxurious baths, cosy fireplaces, open-plan kitchen with bar, outdoor garden furniture, widescreen TV with Netflix, high speed broadband wifi, and plenty of interesting books and toys for the kids.

Perfect Christmas in a perfect house
38 Rylett Road exceeded our expectations. Rarely does a rental property match the reality of the accommodations, but this time we were blown away with the house, the grounds and the furnishings. We are a family of six who often travel together. This was our best experience yet. Seeking a four bedroom rental is never easy, but we lucked out in so many ways: luxurious bedrooms, bathrooms, linens and towels; three gathering spaces, including a formal sitting room, a study with comfy sofas and a large-screen TV, and a kitchen-dining room that provided seating at the table plus stools at the island. The thoughtful layout meant the six of us could share experiences or solitude. We were there a week over Christmas and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The kitchen is ultra modern with all the utensils, dishes, glassware, etc that you would expect in your own home. And, did I mention the shower? Wow. And the soaking tubs were a great luxury at the end of a long day of sightseeing. The tube was within an easy walk, as was a well-equipped grocery store, and a delightful pub/restaurant. Hugo, the property manager, was responsive and helpful throughout the booking process, and checked in with us during our stay. The place was immaculately clean, with a verdant outdoor space and terrace. It was bright and beautifully decorated, and absolutely perfect for a family with children, or three couples. Can you tell we loved 38 Rylett Road? Well, yes, we did. - Wanda Cash

Why they chose this property

We always loved the fact that Ravenscourt Park and Brackenbury Village have very cosy 'village' feels whilst still being in the heart of central London and with easy access to the rest of the city. There are two parks on our doorstep, glorious in summer. You can get to the heart of Kensington in 10 mins, and the mega mall at Westfield is also close by - so its very well positioned. It is fabulous for pubs and restaurants, very handy for tubes and trains ... and very easy for exiting London on the M4 or M40 motorways.
