Modern Apartment - 1 bedroom - 4 guests - 5 minutes to beach

Luxury one bedroom apartment 5 minutes walk from the beach. This beautiful modern apartment sleeps 4 adults. It has a spacious master bedroom with king size bed, and open plan kitchen diner and lounge with sofa bed. A cot and fold out child's bed are also provided for families traveling with young children and there is plenty of room for them in the large master bedroom. There are two balconies one accessed from the living room with a table and chairs, the other from the bedroom with a swing seat for relaxing.

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker, hob and extractor fan, microwave, kettle and toaster, sauspans, crockery and glassware.

The modern bathroom includes a bath with shower, vanity unit, bidet, and WC. We provide towels for your stay and a hairdryer is also provided. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a washing machine available for your use.

There is a large shared swimming pool and smaller children's pool on the complex. The local area offers lots to do with beaches and coves including the beautiful Senhora da Rocha beach just five minutes walk away. There are a selection of good bars and restaurants nearby and the apartment is ideally located for visiting nearby attractions such a ZooMarina and the waterparks. The nearby town of Armacao de Pera which offers a long promenade along the beach with lots of shops and restaurants is a short walk away and can also be reached via a tourist novelty train which stops outside the apartment complex.

Great apartament and location

We loved the apartment, we had everything that we wanted inside (dishwasher, clothes washing machine), it even has two balconies and pool access, the location is great as well, in the middle between Faro and Lagos, close to the best beaches and Zoomarine and all other inportant sights (Silves, Albufeira etc).I recommend it to be able to visit Algarve

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The apartment met all our needs - it was very clean and well appointed. It was close to the beach, restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to a supermarket.

Algarve trip - nice and clean appartment

We would recommend this appartment. It is located between Albufeira (25 min) and Carvoeiro (20 min). If you have a rental car, you can easily discover the Algarve from this location.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks. The condo was sparkling clean, probably the cleanest place we have ever rented. I loved the size of the unit, it worked out perfectly for us. Since we eat in more than we eat out, I found the kitchen well equipped and a good size for preparing meals. We also found no issue with parking in September. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very comfortable and nice flat.

It was a bit difficult to find the proper street (Poco da Gola), othervise everything was perfect. Many things are available at the flat, eg. shopping roller, sun umbrella. Pool is clean but the grass is usually wet, would be better to water it in the evening. Beaches are close, you can walk. Supermarket is in also walk distance. I can recommend this accomodation

We enjoyed our stay… everything you need. Only negative comments 1. The freezer needed defrosted 2. Extractor fan in the bathroom not working Clean tidy place situated in such a location… it’s always cool.. which was a big bonus during our stay.

Great place to explore Algarve

The property was nicely decorated and spotless. Rachael - the property manager - was helpful and available. In the booking stage the VRBO owner responded immediately and helpfully. It was very hard to find so knowing that it is directly across form the Be Live Palmieras Family Resort is most helpful. Despite being very modern, it was charming to see the goats in the neighborhood each day. Note: I couldn't do a full review because the icons are not 'live' and identified in the Review field, so for msot of the reviewI had no idea what I was commenting on.

Vielen Dank an Sandra für diese tolle Wohnung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Ein wunderschöner Strand zu Fuß in ca 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Es ist nicht viel los ringsherum, was uns als Familie mit kleinem Kind sehr entgegen kam. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Entspannter und gelungener Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man für ein Badeurlaub benötigt.Sonnenschirm ,Strandliegen und Strandspielzeug für Kinder. Lediglich Badetücher für den Strand sollte man selber mitbringen. Im Badezimmer findet man sogar Sonnencreme und andere Pflegeartikel, wie auch Zahnbürsten und Waschutensilien.Wer im Urlaub auch mal gerne kocht, kann die vorhandenen Gewürze und Öle nutzen. Zur Ausstattung der Küche gehören u.a. sämtliche elektrische Kleingeräte, wie auch Papiertücher, Spülmittel u.ä. Das Örtchen und die Umgebung sind sehr schön, es gibt tolle Strände in der Nähe, einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Gastronomie. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat immer super geklappt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Idéalement situé pour visiter l'Algarve

Parfait en tout point, malgré la climatisation en panne (nous avons été prévenus avant notre arrivée et une réduction nous a gentiment été proposée). La température était au maximum de 32 degrés dehors et nous n'avons même pas utilisé les ventilateurs . Tout était parfait.leventilateurs.fournis.

Gut ausgestattete schöne Wohnung

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet und es gibt sogar Spielzeug für Strand/Pool für Kinder. Es gab genug Kissen und Decken. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber leider waren die Balkone sehr dreckig, unser kleiner Sohn ist ein Mal dort gekrabbelt und seine Knie und Füße waren schwarz. Wir mussten die Balkone selber putzen, damit wir sie nutzen können. Der Schaukelstuhl war komplett verrostet und die Kissen darauf leider nicht sauber wie auf den Bildern. Die Parksituation war gut. Wir konnten mit dem Auto zu jeder Tageszeit in der Nähe gut einen Parkplatz finden. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist super, sehr nah gelegen und sehr ruhig. Keine Musik/DJ.

Thank you for the feedback. Outdoor areas can quickly get dusty in a dry hot environment. They are cleaned between each stay, including all the cushions. I have arranged for the manager of the cleaning company to personally check the balconies ahead of each guest's arrival. We do ask please that if guests encounter any issues at all they contact us so we can address the issue immediately so it does not distract from the quality of your stay.

Wir haben einen Monat in der Unterkunft gewohnt und haben die Algarve bereist. Die Unterkunft war dafür ein gut gelegener Ausgangspunkt (in der Mitte der Algarve). In dem Ort gibt es zwei hübsche kleine Strände, die im September auch nicht überfüllt waren. Auch die Betreuerin der Wohnung war super nett. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Es gibt alles was man mit Kind braucht in der Wohnung und wenn etwas fehlt, kann man einfach fragen.

I love to travel and have been to lots of wonderful places on holiday and extended trips including a 6 month trip to Asia and living in the Caribbean for 10 years. But when it came to buying a holiday home the Algarve was top of my list due to its beautiful beaches, friendly atmosphere and great amenities.
