Set over three floors, the property hosts four bedrooms; one double with TV and en-suite cloakroom, two twins with TVs and a second-floor king-size (zip/link) with TV and en-suite shower room, sleeping a total of eight guests, with a family bathroom and cloakroom to serve. Downstairs provides a fitted kitchen, open-plan living room and dining area, as well as a conservatory. Outside has two lawned gardens and patio area with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. 4 Ty Rhosyn is a wonderful choice for a coastal retreat to North Wales. Due to a current repair issue the Hot Tub is not currently available at the property.
