A great property— very clean, tidy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities (and more). Incredible location, with clear instructions and beautiful surroundings. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea was amazing. The cake and bottle of wine on arrival were a lovely touch. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming again.
Absolutely amazing stay , the house is beautiful and has everything you need .Comfy beds and a wonderful view for your morning coffee on the balcony.Cant wait to return , the host was fab , great communication too .
Beautifully clean, modern property. The owner had included several lovely touches to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning and it’s well placed for the coastal path or driving to other seaside locations. It’s also great for children playing on the beach over the promenade. Couldn’t fault it and we’ll definitely stay again.
This was our fourth stay at Glanmor, we really love this house, from the cleanliness of the property to the treats and little touches it’s a real pleasure to stay here. The facilities are all high quality and the property is well equipped and very comfortable. The views are stunning and it’s a great place to visit the Llyn Peninsula and beyond. We’ll definitely be returning. Thanks Guy for being such a great host once again.
We wanted a location close to the Welsh coastal path and our house in Pwllheli was idea being right on the front. The apartment was very clean and was very well equipped. It was a lovely place to relax in the evening after walking the coast in warm spring sunshine.
As always the property was immaculate, welcoming and comfortable. Perfectly positioned across the road from the dunes and beach. Beautiful balcony to make the most of the wonderful views out to sea and Snowdonia. If you read all these reviews you will see i have reviewedthis property time and time again as we are returning visitors many times over! Says it all!!
4th year at this excellent property.
5 star all the way, hopefully to see it next year.
With Guy being a very good host and friendly nothing to much trouble. Most as normal enjoyable weekend and relaxing.
Just absolutely love this place. Hate having to go home. Perhaps now we are retired we can book for a couple of weeks instead. We have always recommended Caffi Largo previously and we actually visited every day of our holiday. Usual full breakfast for the journey home this morning. Thanks Guy for everything we will book again soon. Jean, Rob, Brock & Alfie xxxx

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
OK but in need of a little TLC
The house is certainly in a central location for exploring the peninsula and has a great view, although I found the road traffic a bit noisier than I'd expected. I appreciated the host's cake and wine on arrival and his prompt responses to my queries.
However, I think that the house is looking a bit tired now and could do with some improvements. Things I noticed include: paintwork scuffed or 'worn' in places, front door hard to unlock, patio door hard to move, nowhere to hang clothes in the bathrooms, flow diverter on bath hard to adjust, no drainer or brush or liquid for washing up, kitchen tools looking worn, and some windows don't have blinds or curtains - including one bathroom (although the windows are frosted).
Overall, I think the house has the potential to be excellent if it's given a bit more attention.
This was our third stay at Glan Mor and we love it more each time we stay. Guy makes his guests so welcome - the house is beautifully presented and kitted out and super clean. The extra touches - flowers, wine, delicious bara brith very welcome.
The view from the house is stunning - overlooking the Irish Sea with Snowdonia on the one side and the peninsula and Bardsey Island the other. Great location for exploring this beautiful place.
Thanks Guy for another fab holiday. We’ll be returning soon!
The property was lovely, amazing sea views and right by the beach front was incredible. We walked to Llanbedrog beach which was a lovely walk there and back. We also walked into Pwllheli a couple of times so it is walking distance, and we did also drive to abersoch a couple of times too. Great location in north wales. So many lovely beaches nearby. Guy was a fab host, really great communication. Plenty of facilities too! We have already booked our next trip ☺️ Thank you!
I stayed here with my daughter, two grandchildren and a frisky cocker spaniel. The house was welcoming, comfortable, clean and well-equipped and was perfectly located for lazy beach days and bracing walks along the coastal path. Thank you to Guy for being a brilliant host, providing great communication and a thoughtfkl welcome pack.We had a fabulous holiday and this house is highly recommended.

About the host

I work for the RNLI and have sailed the waters of the Irish Sea for the last 30 years. I hope you will enjoy my seaside home situated in one of the most beautiful places in Wales.
Why they chose this property
'Glanmor' is superbly positioned on the quiet seafront at Pwllheli. It is ideal for sailors, walkers, cyclists, or those who just enjoy siting on the balcony watching the world go by. Pwllheli is perfectly located for those wanting to explore the Lleyn Peninsula. The Welsh Coastal Path passes in front of, and alongside the property. If you like sandy beaches you could stay for a fortnight and visit a different one each day.
What makes this property unique
The views from Glanmor' are simply stunning. The property faces South and enjoys spectacular daybreaks and sunsets looking across the water towards Harlech, Barmouth, St Tudwal's Islands, and Abersoch. The marina and sailing events centre are about 1 mile away (nearer as the gull flies!), and outside the front door the flat promenade and sandy beach extends in either direction for relaxing strolls or dog walking.
