Beautiful country house in Monte Vale Grande. Rural area where silence is only interrupted by the birds chirping. 3 double rooms, 2 rooms (1 equipped with single bed and another mattress available), patio with large table, beds of rest, hammock, barbecue and large garden with huge fruit trees. Ideal location to rest and being in the center of Portugal to serve as a base to visit the whole country. 5 minutes from Vila Nova de Anços where you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and a municipal outdoor swimming pool. 10 minutes from Condeixa and the Roman ruins of Conimbriga. Only 20 minutes from Coimbra and 1h30m from Lisbon or Porto airport. Only 30 minutes from Figueira da Foz beach and other beaches. 20 minutes from the castle and the nautical center of Montemor-o-Velho.

La maison manquait cruellement d'équipements en états de fonctionnement . S'apparente plus à un gîte qu'à une maison de vacances. Extérieur et intérieur à rafraichir. Les contours de la piscine instables... nous avons subi pendant trois jours les travaux d'élagage...
