The Quiet #Villa with Pool
A delightful bucolic property in Alto Lazio Within Walking distance of the small town of Bagnoregio near Orvieto. The house is situated in a 12 acre park / farm. It is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards and includes a large kitchen gardens a swimming pool (12x5m.) And outhouse including a happy hour Tavern with tables and benches and fireplace and an outdoor barbecue. Large umbrella pines, cypresses and other trees provide welcome shade in the park. La Quiete is a perfect starting-point for visiting Lazio, Umbria and Southern Tuscany.
Civita di Bagnoregio a UNESCO gem with its art and medieval charm just 3 km away., the lake of Bolsena Offer sailing and swimming.
The villa sleeps up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It features 3 bathrooms, a large dining room with fireplace, a large kitchen with dish washer, a storage room with washing machine, satellite TV and free WiFi. An ample patio in the shade where to relax in the summer with sofa chairs and table. Terracotta tiles and attractive rugs in the villa.
Other things to note
In the winter months, that is from 1st December to 1st April there is an extra cost of 25 euros per day for heating.
