Private apartment of 84 m, new and very elegant, with independent entrance. Quiet and cool, perfect for a couple. We have FREE WI-FI 24 hours a day, TV with terrestrial channels including foreign ones. Kitchen with full hob, fridge and freezer, we offer a bottle of still water upon your arrival. FREE AIR CONDITIONING with adjustable remote control even outside the apartment + 2 adjustable fans at 3 speeds;, 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. Bathroom with illuminated Jacuzii, mirror, bidet, hairdryer, we offer a bar of bath soap per person and atmospheric candles, plus all the basic amenities. Room with "French" double bed in an independent room with solid wood door and security key, equipped with wardrobe and chest of drawers with 2 tables with 2 independent lamps, a window with manually adjustable external shutters and a man-sized mirror. A living room with sofa, TV, a table with 2 chairs and tablecloth, living room with 2 windows with adjustable electric shutters, hob with fridge, freezer, 4 electric hobs, oven, sink and everything you need for cooking. This apartment is located in the historic center of Bellagio in a very quiet area. Also equipped with a private covered BOX for your car or motorbike just 25 meters from the apartment. You will have the opportunity to use it (on request) with a daily payment, to be made on site upon your arrival.
