This home is a separate unit that's part of a duplex; 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, deck with a grill, and a backyard with a horseshoe pit. This home is located less than 10 minutes to Virginia Tech's campus, little over 10 minutes from downtown Blacksburg, about 30 minutes to Cascade Falls Trail, and about 30 minutes to Claytor Lake State Park.

On the main level, there is a living room, kitchen with kitchen table, two bedrooms, and a hallway full bathroom. Downstairs, there is another living area with a mini game table, two bedrooms, hallway full bathroom, and washer/dryer. Deck with grill and horseshoe pit in the backyard. Cornhole boards also available for guests.

Note: There is an exterior ring camera on the property.

House Rules
-Please be respectful of our neighbors and our home.
-Clean the grill after use, and place the cover on the grill when not in use.
-No smoking in the home is allowed.
-Check-in is only 4pm or after.
-Check-out is no later than 10am.
-Check out instructions include putting all dirty dishes/utensils into the dishwasher and starting the cycle, locking the exterior doors, and taking the trash outside.
