A completely refurbished apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor in a beach-front development ideally situated between Estepona and Puerto Banus.
This ground floor apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, a master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
The open kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has sliding doors to the terrace with direct access to the garden and pool areas. Ideal for a family with children.

Playa Bella a gated community with direct access to the beach. It is the ideal place for families or couples who want to enjoy a perfect situation on the first line of the beach and the proximity of Marbella and Estepona.
The communal gardens surround the development and consist of a small children's play area.
Two restaurants, a pizzeria and the famous Playa Bella restaurant are less than 5 minutes walk away. It is also less than a 5 minute walk away and a gas station where there is bread and basic necessities.
