This traditionally Provencal two-bedroom, two-bathroom detached house with air-conditioning and private parking is located in a great spot in the centre of Villefranche-sur-Mer, within walking of all shops, restaurants, beach and train.
Approximately 92 sq metres in size and set over two levels, it comprises living/dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, independent WC, pretty gardens, upper-balcony and parking. The property is entered via front door on the upper floor, where there's the bedroom with shower room & balcony, then the rest of the house and garden can be found downstairs.
Ideally situated to visit the nearby, sandy beaches and port, it’s also well-placed for the train station for the neighbouring towns of Nice, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Cap Ferrat and Monaco.
With a maximum occupancy of 4 (plus babies) it would be perfect for a small family or two couples, wishing to be in town and near to the sea.
PROPERTY FEATURES
Living room: good-size, with lounge furniture around fireplace, dining table & chairs, large TV (cable), air conditioning and double doors out to garden.
Kitchen: semi-open to living room and well-equipped for cooking with oven, gas hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and freezer.
Bedrooms: on lower-floor, one with double bed (140cm wide), wardrobes and doors to garden. On upper-floor with king bed (160cm), armoire, ensuite shower room, TV, air conditioning and doors to terrace.
Bathrooms: on lower-floor, original with over-bath shower, washbasin and independent WC, then on upper-floor new with ensuite shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside: lovely garden (quite overlooked), planted with Mediterranean trees & flowers, table & 4 chairs, barbeque and sun loungers, accessed via living room and lower-floor bedroom. Upper-floor bedroom has sunny south-facing terrace with small table & 2 chairs. Secure off-street parking available immediately outside the front door for 1 car.
Swimming pool: not available here, but you do have the beach on your doorstep!
Internet: available for your devices via Wi-Fi.
Baby facilities: necessary to take your own travel cot, or please ask regarding local hire company.
Winter heating: included in the rental.
Electric & water: both included.
End-of-stay cleaning: priced separately so if you’re staying more than 1 week, you’re not paying more than once, it’s 150 Euros and paid upon arrival.
Bed & bathroom linen: priced separately to give you the option to take your own (or in case the number of people in your party is less than the number of places). If you wish to hire these, they’re available for 25 Euros per bed for linen and 10 Euros per person for towels, paid upon arrival.
Change over day: is flexible
Long weekend stays: not possible here sorry, minimum 7 nights.

My family and I stayed at this house for almost two weeks, and we really enjoyed the stay. The house is well kept and clean, and it is very comfortable for a family of four. In addition, the air conditioning worked quite well, which is important during the warm Cote d`Azur summer weather. Walking to the old town and the beach was easy, but do be prepared for a hike up the hill when returning to the house (the house is situated toward the top of the hill, just the topography of the town). I would easy stay here again and I hope I have the opportunity again sometime - Mr C. from USA, July 2022.
