The space of the Captain House was very good, however the condition was appalling! The walls and ceiling paint was peeling, when it was raining the water was dripping through the walls.
Both windows in the living room had the locks broken.
Sofa was dirty with lots of stains.
The sink on the 2nd bedroom was blocked, Dirty hairs were coming to the surface.
Underneath the kitchen cabinet were 2 rotten kiwis!!!
Unbelievable how anyone can rent this space like this!
