Beautiful cottage surrounded by greenery and peace of the "Castagnola" 5 'walk from the center of Verbania, on two floors with large balcony with private parking space plus garage for motorcycles or other. 1 double bedroom + sofa bed for 2 children in the living room. Surrounded on all sides by private gardens. It has no garden.
