Garden Cottage 21 Welcome to paradise.

This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage-style townhome brings together the best elements of ocean-front living and a shabby chic cottage. Decorated in relaxing neutral tones, this cottage is sure to give you sweet dreams. The first floor is home to a master suite, with access to the screened-in porch, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a Mr. Coffee Machine and a Keurig Coffee Machine, as well as a bar top that seats 4. Off the kitchen, you will find the spacious living room which includes a gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, as well as access to the lower screened-in porch. The first floor also includes a powder room and a convenient laundry closet. Past the porch, you will be delighted to find a gas grill and fire pit, perfect for making dinner and dessert. The second-floor houses two bedrooms and two full baths, each styled in keeping with this modern-shabby chic cottage. Each bedroom on the second floor also has access to the upper balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Linens included. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and community fire pit

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.

Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.

Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.

Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.

Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.

Very nice townhouse. Main floor bedroom was nice for older family. Very nice furnishings on the main floor. Kitchen had everything we needed. Two bedrooms upstairs were spacious and comfortable. All full bathrooms were spacious. Main floor half bath was nice to have. Screened porch was really nice! We enjoyed the firepit at night. Quiet area. Bike/walking path right around the corner. Beach is accessible from multiple points in the neighborhood. Would love to come back!

The house was exactly as listed / pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. It was only a short walk to the beach and pool and was a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The screened in porch was relaxing and the beds were comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay on Jekyll Island. Location and neighborhood were great. We would suggest an update to the bed linens and some additional precautions against the ever present fruit flies. Despite these minor critiques, we would definitely book again.

Nice quiet place

The property is nicely decorated and everything was working. However, the sheets and pillows were old and worn and the kitchen was missing a few essentials like a wine bottle opener. Overall, it is a nice place but bring your own bedding and kitchen supplies.

1st Jeckyll Island Visit

Had a great stay at the property. Flawless check in and check out process. Great space inside, and out back. Good location. The only issue was the parking is VERY limited. You only have 2 spaces, and do not temporarily park at the end of the driveway on the street...the neighbor across the street put a note on our car. Easy access to the pool, beach, place was great and would stay again.

This unit was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 4. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much anything we needed to suit our needs. There was a regular and Keurig coffee maker. The area is beautiful, a very nice first time visit to Jekyll Island.

Could not have been better!

Beautiful. Convenient. Lots to do if you like walks on the beach, fabulous sunsets and golf. The home was perfect for our adult family. Clean. Management, Tad, was great too.
