The location was not as close to the center as I had thought. The apartment was clean, but small. There were no instructions available of how to use appliances, TV, washing machine, how to check out, etc.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the cleanliness of the apartment. I am sorry that the location felt further from the city centre than expected. The listing indicates that the apartment is approximately a 17 minute walk from Avenida dos Aliados and Mercado do Bolhão, and it is also located less than 100 metres from Faria Guimarães metro station, which provides quick access to the city centre. Regarding the house instructions, information about the appliances and the house is available inside the living room cabinet. However, I appreciate your comment and will look at ways to make these instructions more visible and easier for future guests to find. Mauvaise expérience

Difficultés majeures pour trouver l’endroit et ensuite pour y entrer. Appartement très très petit. La chambre en haut d’un escalier et la salle de bain en bas. La terrasse annoncée est dans un fond de cours et l’emplacement de l’appartement dans un environnement décevant. La communication avec la propriétaires finalement manquée de délicatesse. Nous avons quitté 3 jours à l’avance.

Bonjour Diane, Je suis désolée que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Cependant, je tiens à préciser que j’ai envoyé plusieurs messages avant votre arrivée, ainsi qu’un e-mail, et j’ai également tenté de vous contacter par téléphone, sans réponse de votre part. Le premier message reçu de votre côté indiquait simplement qu’il était "impossible d’entrer". J’ai insisté pour comprendre la situation, mais je n’ai obtenu aucune explication. Je me suis rendue personnellement à la maison et, à travers la fenêtre, j’ai vu que les lumières étaient allumées, mais personne n’a ouvert la porte. Vous avez mentionné ne pas avoir reçu les codes d’accès, pourtant j’ai envoyé des captures d’écran confirmant leur envoi dans les temps. La communication a été très limitée et, dans ce contexte, je vous recommande pour une prochaine réservation de bien vérifier les informations envoyées ainsi que les photos du logement, afin d’éviter toute déception.
