About this property

My tuscan apartment- panoramic villa with pool in the Florentine countryside!

Large apartment located on the first floor of the farm.
Independent entrance via external staircase from your garden.
Panoramic veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
2 bedrooms
- 1 triple with queen size bed + single
- 1 double with queen size bed
2 bathrooms
- 1 with shower, toilet, bidet and sink
- 1 with toilet and sink (shower without cabin)
Living area with equipped kitchen, table, sofas
Wifi, private parking.

The apartment is located inside our villa which consists of only 4 apartments in total.
Available to our guests (to be shared with any other guests from the other three apartments):
- Equipped swimming pool
- Laundry room with washer and dryer
- Private parking
- Patio with tables and chairs
- The large garden of the property

The apartment is located about 30 minutes from the center of Florence, in the Florentine countryside. The closest town is Vicchio (about 3 km) where you can find restaurants, banks, shops, pharmacies, bars, supermarkets and all types of services.
In Vicchio there is also a small train station to reach the center of Florence with ease if you prefer not to have problems with parking and traffic in the city!
