The house was beautiful, right next to the water. We had a great trip and may stay again. Under the beds needed a good vacuuming when we arrived and it did not have a private beach on the water as it looked in the pictures - it had a patch of sand above the water with grass in between there and the lake.
This is a great property and great location. The property manager was excellent in helping out and making our stay great. My only recommendation would be to get more towels in the location.

Thank you for staying with us. Let everyone know about us and make sure to come back!
We had a wonderful vacation with friends and family at this property. The house is very comfortable with lots of seating, and the upstairs living area was a perfect place for the kids to watch movies. We thought the house had good insulation and the early risers didn't seem to wake up the rest of the house. The furniture is comfortable and solid, which you don't always see in vacation rentals. The parking situation was great too, which was nice because we had people traveling from different locations to meet there. The pool, clubhouse, and beach access are all great. We loved being able to go straight from the house to the water. Our guests want us to make this an annual event!
We absolutely loved this property. It was the perfect size for our family. We have married children with young babies on up to teenagers and young adults. Everyone had a blast and there was a place for everyone to stay. The clubhouse was fun with a great size swimming pool for the Littles. The beach was a perfect location as well and Garden City was just a walk away. We loved everything about this place and will definitely book here again!

Great property
We loved our time on this property. This fit our extended family well. Furniture was very nice and home built very well. Property is within walking distance to center of town, has a private pool, beach, and lake access. We used the grass in the back often to play games, etc. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Great view of lake and great Location. House was very nice.
Great view of lake and house was nice and updated interior. Pool and hot tub were nice work out room had 2 treadmills free weights and a bike with universal machine. They can launch your boat with large army truck or you can use a nearby marina. We did both. The water level was low so sand did not make it to the water. Overall a nice place we plan on returning

Thank you for staying with us. Let everyone know about us and make sure to come back!
We started staying at this property when it was first built, they’ve since added several town homes to the community and it feels like they’ve tried to use every square inch. It’s got more cars and people than the property is really designed to accommodate. I understand the developer wanting to maximize density, but it feels a little NY (manageable, but tight maneuvering vehicles, bikes, pedestrians, side by sides,.) not like Bear lake lake side community.
This house is very nice with a beautiful view but some minor setbacks for us! It was very inconvenient to not have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. What soap was provided at the sinks was very poor quality. There were no beach towels provided and there were no oven mitts anywhere in the kitchen. The knives in the kitchen need to be completely replaced as well as the cushions on the outdoor furniture. We ran out of propane right at dinner time and came to find out the regulator was broken. They came with propane when I called and fixed the regulator the next day which was good. We ended up asking the neighbors to borrow their grill and thankfully they were so nice to help us. I also had to call to replace lightbulbs in the bathrooms so there was adequate light. They came and replaced them but it would have been nice that we didn’t have to worry about such things especially at 2,000 a night! The beautiful beach and view are amazing and it has all the potential to be a wonderful place and could be fixed quite easily. Hopefully this review will be helpful to the owners for future stays. All in all we had a great time and made some wonderful memories!

Thank you for your review. The owners actually came to stay right after you and I talked to them about most of what you pointed out and they agreed there are definitely some things that are wearing out that need to be updated or replaced. We will be working on getting those things taken care of so that hopefully if you return to stay again that things will be much better for you then.
Thanks,

We’ve stayed at Beak Lake for 25 years and enjoyed different locations, but this was by far just the best property for our entire family to relax and have fun! It was so accommodating with tons of room indoors and a awesome roomy outdoor space as well! There as plenty of parking for 5 vehicles and a small trailer. We loved the ease of access to the lake and the more private feel on the beach. The pool and hot tube were fun as well and a great alternative when the weather cooled and it rained a bit. So close to the restaurants and shops. Highly recommend! We will book again! One suggestion would be to light up the gated entrance for easier access at night when the sun has set!
Very good communication with the management. Well maintained property with pool in the community and very nice back yard with bbq and place for he kids to play after boating all day. Very good family residence.
Nice open floor plan, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, great yard, great beach access, lovely views, and plenty of space to eat inside and out! A very nice place for a large family getaway! Also, located close to stores, restaurants, and the marina.
The home is beautiful, great lawn area out back. The location of this house is nice because you only have a neighbor to your right. Also location to downtown is perfect, .50 mile walk. Beach area in front of home is not accessible, it was to muddy and covered in long grass which wasn’t great. You have to walk through parking lot to get to the beach. Pool was a bit small and over crowded for the size of property. Overall however we had a great time, safe community setting for kids.
We loved our Family Reunion at this Bear Lake location. Boating, playing on floating docks, spike ball and badminton on the grassy lawn - and an on-site swimming pool and hot tub. The seating and kitchen was fine for all 20 of us (10 adults and 10 kids) - lots of beds, pull-out couches and even enough bathrooms! We decided we WILL be going back here again soon.
I'm torn in recommending this site... I'd love others to have the same great experience we had - but don't want it so busy we can't get a reservation again. ;-)
New well maintained home right on wonderful Bear Lake in a small gated Community with all amenities. Very close to the main part of Garden City. Very helpful, friendly.Management.
We will be booking this property again for our family trips to the lake.

Loved how close to water
House was great, beach was not. We stayed with 3 families which was perfect as it allowed each family their own room and own bathroom as well as a spare sleeping for kids. The beach isn’t a walk in the water and splash and play kind of beach but I am sure this depends on the amount of water each year. We had to walk through mud to get to our water toys. Even still we booked this community again because the water is still walkable close.
