Premium Location: Located in a residential area with an easy 15 minutes walk to the marina. In a Idyllic place this two bedroom holiday apartment has a stunning view over the pool, sea and golf.

This apartment has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The lounge is very spacious with a dining area and opens out into a large balcony with barbecue with distant sea view that overlooks the golf and pools. There is climate control air-conditioning and heating system throughout.

Car is not necessary, the garden has a gate which make an easy 10 minutes walking to the marina and beach and less than 5 minutes by car from the golf courses. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are in Parque das Amendoeiras which is 5 minutes walking.

Kitchen: oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, iron/ ironing board, table and 2 chairs.

Lounge/ Dining area: 2x settees, sofa bed, dining table and 6 chairs, high speed fibre broadband and WiFi, Large LCD TV with Sky Sports, uk/ french/ spanish/ russian/ portuguese TV channels, air-conditioning, balcony with sea, golf and pool view.

Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine Küche, eine Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und einen sehr geräumigen Balkon mit schönem Ausblick auf eine Golfplatz.Die Poolanlage war stets gepflegt und lud zum Verweilen ein.Wir können diese Anlage sehr empfehlen!
