About this property

This large 4 bedroom villa with private garden and pool is located in the centre of Roda Golf Resort, close to the beaches of the Mar Menor and the town of Los Alcazares. The villa is on 2 floors with the master bedroom and en suite bathroom on the ground floor and 3 other bedrooms on the first floor with 2 more bathrooms.
The villa has its own private pool with heating as an optional extra. There is a large grassed garden and BBQ dining area and the covered patio has chill out sofas to sit and relax or watch over the pool area. The ground floor has the main bedroom and en suite, a large lounge with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a cloakroom toilet. Just outside the kitchen is a covered utility room with the washing machine and access to the garden and BBQ. The first floor had a double bedroom with access to a balcony with views over the golf course, and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. The first floor also has 2 bathrooms, 1 has a bath and shower and the other a shower.
The villa has 3 televisions, 1 in the lounge, 1 in the main bedroom and another in the double bedroom and all TV's have international channels. The house also has free superfast wifi internet throughout. The villa is about a 10/15 minute walk to the club house and onsite restaurant.

Han sido unas buenas vacaciones

La villa es una casa amplia, nos ha gustado bastante porque nos permitía estar bastantes personas sin sentir agobio. Un aspecto importante para la zona es el aire acondicionado en las dos plantas, no hemos pasado calor y eso en Murcia es mucho decir. Para nosotros han sido unas vacaciones muy buenas, hemos estado agusto. También nos ha gustado mucho la atención recibida por parte de Resort Choice El jardín hay que renovarlo porque el césped no está cuidado. Las losas alrededor de la piscina cuando hay agua son resbaladizas. La cocina es un poco pequeña para una casa tan grande. Hay que poner mosquiteros en todas las ventanas porque en la zona hay insectos. Hay que hacer una limpieza profunda de ventanas, cristales, etc.
