This spacious home is on three levels with 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people and has two bathrooms. The upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning for your comfort and all rooms have ceiling fans. Only 5 minutes from the beach of fine sand. There are 8 golf courses within a short drive. It is the perfect setting to explore South East Spain and the ancient cities of Cartegena and Murcia within a short drive. For water sports enthusiasts there is everything you could dream of around the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor (smaller sea) is a natural wonder and is the largest saltwater lake in Europe. It is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22km trip of land call La Manga. The Mar Menor area is known as ‘The Costa Calida’ meaning the warm coast. It has on average 320 days of sunshine a year. As it averages only 4m in depth, it warms up very quickly and is usually about 7 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean Sea. Great for bathing and water sports. It is renowned for its benevolent chemical properties and is classified as medicinal.

We had a lovely stay here. The accommodation was roomy and it was great being so close to the pool to listen out for the kids from the patio.The supermarket is a 30 second walk away as well which was handy for some fresh bakery goods in the morning!It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main strip but there’s a good little bar just around the corner and a short walk to the beach. The owner was really helpful as well. I’d highly recommend this place and will likely come back again.Thanks!

Lovely villa. Would have preferred it nearer to the beach. It was 5 mins drive away. A good 20 mins walk

Wonderful holiday

The Villa was great, very clean and in a good location, the planes going into the small airport for the flying school took a bit of getting used to. Local supermarket was ideal for essentials and not a to long walk to find lidils or Aldi. Beach was amazing and not a to long walk to find really nice restaurants.Beds in the small bedroom on ground floor were quite low down so took bit of getting used to and the fan was quite noisy compared to one in front room and main bedroom, but apart from that had a great time and would come back to stay again

Fantastic property

Superb property in a great location, 10 min from the beach, 1 min from the supermarket and 15min walk to restaurant. Big thank you to Alan, responded within minutes to every email, as I said, fantastic 3 bed property, the most facilities we've ever had renting villas, nothing was overlooked,great tv system, super fast Wi-Fi and very comfortable furniture. Plenty of outside space, roof terrace was amazing, sitting there watching the Spanish air force practicing all day long, superb pool, the whole week we were there, only saw about 2 other people using it, all in all, amazing, we would highly recommend it and Will definitely be back.

Wow, what a fantastic trip! Gorgeous house in a beautiful area, couldn't have wished for better! Spotlessly clean, spacious, everything provided, home from home. The owner advised us the villa has had a complete makeover, freshly painted throughout, new bedding, air con and lots more besides. Plenty of Restaurants offering superb food at prices less than half of the UK! Large supermarket only two minutes away and lovely beaches just down the road. We will definitely be coming back later this year!

27 Calle Timor Los Narejos

The process of booking the holiday and the administration was very good. The accommodation provided by the property was very good and exactly what we required. However the fixtures and fittings are very dated and “feeling their age”. Both of the temporary beds were broken and a number of light fittings were not working. A new ceiling fan was needed in the master bedroom as the old one was ineffective. The new one was provided very quickly once the problem was pointed out. Overall we had a great holiday but we feel that the property did not match the luxury description it was given.

Not 5 star luxury

2 rusty sunbeds were provided although it sleep 6 people. Floor and tables filthy, towels provided, cheap and bits would attach to you even though i washed them again. Cutley and kitchen equipment filthy again, bedsheets stained. Bathroom mouldy. Living room dusty, dirty hand prints on the tv. One ceiling fan was not fitted properly, some electric sockets appeared loose, ceiling fans were all covered in dust, main bedroom fan makes a ticking sound all night. The villa definately needs air con. Beach is not a 5 minute walk, more like 15 and the main restaurants about 25 minutes. The dvd player was broken, we were told to get a new one and money would be reimbursed. The pool was lovely but many rules, no lilos, no noise, no ball games etc. We came home 5 days early, my family couldnt cope any longer.

I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay Paul. We have replaced the sunbeds with new ones, the DVD player is working perfectly and we are installing aircon. Wayne who cleans our villa does a fantastic job and we get many compliments from guests about his high standards. Most of our guests this year have been repeat visitors, some come back year after year and I have only received complimentary feedback from them this year. In addition, the family who arrived after you left a 5 star review describing their experience as "Wonderful". I guess we are all different!

Los Narejos im November

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der calle Timon verbracht. Wir kannten die Gegend vom Besuch im Mai diesen Jahres. Die wohnung war wirlich schön.Groß und geräumig. Bei anfangs nicht so gutem wetter genügend Platz. Schlüsselübergabe auch bei Eintreffen um 12.00 Mitternacht - unkompliziert. Der Pool ist super, nach dem Strandbesuch noch eine kurze Abkühlung - perfekt. Der DIA gleich um die Ecke hat alles was man braucht für ein leckeres Selbstgemachtes. Aber auch die Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung bieten viel gute Gerichte an. Rundum ein unvergesslich schöner Urlaub in einer super Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!! WetterWetter,

5/5 Los Narejos in November We had a very nice holiday in Calle Timon. We knew the area from our visit in May this year. The apartment was really nice. Large and spacious. There was enough space when the weather wasn't so good at the beginning. Key handover even when we arrived at 12 midnight - uncomplicated. The pool is great, a quick cool down after the beach visit - perfect. The DIA just around the corner has everything you need for a delicious homemade meal. But the restaurants in the surrounding area also offer lots of good dishes. All in all, an unforgettable holiday in great accommodation. We'd love to come back!! Thank you so much! Todo perfecto, comunicacion desde el principio muy bien con el propietario, lo unico que no nos gusto fue que las camitas del dormitorio de la planta baja, practicamente duermes en el suelo por lo que las personas que duerman hay tienen que ser niños, en nuestro caso , fuimos con un nene con una enfermedad rara que no puede subir escaleras y sus papas tuvieron que dormir ahi con el, y fue un poco incomodo, pero por lo demas todo genial, la casa perfecta, el lugar precioso , los dueños muy amables, supermercado en la puerta de la casa, en fin, todo bien.

Everything was perfect, communication from the beginning was very good with the owner, the only thing we didn't like was that the beds in the bedroom on the ground floor, you practically sleep on the floor so the people sleeping there have to be children, in our Case in point, we went with a boy with a rare disease who can't climb stairs and his parents had to sleep there with him, and it was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was great, the house was perfect, the place was beautiful, the owners were very kind. , supermarket at the door of the house, in short, all good. Thank you so much for such a lovely review! To describe the house as perfect is so rewarding after all the effort we have put in and makes it all worthwhile! Zona tranquila para descansar

Adosado muy bien equipado, con piscina comunitaria poco concurrida, se permite el baño hasta las 00:00, terraza ideal para comer y cenar, todas las habitaciones con ventilador de techo, no hay mosquitos por lo que se puede dormir con las ventanas abiertas y entra aire fresquito de noche. Al lado de supermercado Día.

Séjour merveilleux

Malgré que c'était très court on a passé de très bon moment, la ville est sympathique et le logement est très confortable avec sa piscine et ses terrasses. Les commerces sont à deux pas du logement. La description du logement est identique au photos dans le site.
