It really felt like my home away from home. Truly gracious hosts. Clean, lots of pillows and blankets, and the bed was wonderful! I highly recommend this B&B- we plan on staying here every time we come to Athens.
A great stay! The host was super friendly and although there was a slight snag with the utilities, he made sure we were in the loop and all apologized for the inconvenience. I loved the little touches in the unit and all the detail added. A great stay and we'll be interested if we're back in the area!
Had a nice stay at Cardinals Roost. Jason was most gracious and helped us take luggage up the stairs to the apartment. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Much recommended!
My husband and I stayed here for two nights while in town. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and had the basics we needed. Parking is simple and we were able to walk to dinner and drinks during the evening.
The hosts were great, and the property was nice and clean. Would stay here again.
Thanks!

What a great nice little apartment. Easy check in and waking distance to downtown Athens. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again if in town.
These were the most comfortable and least stressful accommodations we’ve had in Athens in the four years we’ve been coming here to visit our daughter. Thanks to our hosts for a most wonderful experience this Thanksgiving!
Had all of the things important to us: ease of stay, excellent communication, absence of noise, cleanliness, and close proximity to relatives and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!
The home was convenient to downtown and on a nice walkable street. Parking was easy and the apartment was well stocked. We were very pleased with our stay.
Great property! Everything was great and easy walk to stadium.

About the host
Hosted by Jason Taylor
Hi, I'm Jason. I moved to Athens in 2000 from the RTP, NC area and am amazed everyday by this city's charms. I teach ESOL at a local elementary school and my wife is a professor at UGA. Although our home is below the apartment, we will not bother you unless you ask us to. When we are not traveling, we like to garden, play games, exercise, and enjoy the treasures of Athens.
Why they chose this property
After living in Athens for 17 years and spending some time abroad, I knew the Boulevard area was the best place to live in Athens. It's historic homes and sidewalks make it a lovely, friendly place to be. It's proximity to downtown and Prince Avenue grant easy access to eateries, venues, and shops.
