A floor level, no steps, 2 bedroom, 1 bath (dual vanities) brick condo in Winfield Chase (#402) on Prince Avenue right off Loop 10. It is fully furnished with a completely outfitted kitchen for those interested in cooking meals. Each room has a queen-size bed and there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa as well. There is a laundry room and pool (closed 9/16/2022) on site for the complex. The bathroom has a sink for each room with the tub/water closet separating the two bedrooms.

It is seconds from the University of Georgia Health Science Campus and Athens Piedmont Hospital. Take a short walk to Normaltown for some good eats and old-style pubs. 2.1 miles to the Georgia Theater

It is just under 2 miles to Downtown and right at 3 miles to Sanford Stadium. You can jump on the loop and be at the Jack Turner Stadium for soccer and softball in no time.

Very clean condo and updated everywhere but the bathtub. Super comfy, about 2 miles (9 minutes) to downtown and owners were incredibly quick to respond when I locked us out of the house. Owner was patient and stayed on phone with me and my daughter and chatted with me while we figured it all out. We were there for a dance competition over the weekend and left early onin the morning and didn't quite read all the directions properly. Would definitely recommend.

The complex was easy to find. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We did hear the neighbors in the apartment above whenever they walked around which at times was distracting especially late at night while trying to sleep. We still slept decently. The bath water pressure was wonderful for a relaxing shower and the towels are plush so you feel pampered. The kitchen was fine and was adequately supplied although it could use an updated can opener as the one provided in the drawer to use was rusted and refused to work when I tried to open a can so I needed to buy one. And it could use a colander as well. Otherwise it works for whatever you need. Parking is fine and the space is near the apartment entry door, a plus for loading and unloading your vehicle. Grocery stores are nearby and downtown Athens is a short drive. It's a good location for being able to get around easily.

Great spot for a weekend visit to UGA; while not in the thick of downtown, just a short 5 minute uber down Prince Street - and actually a quiet / safe spot. Would absolutely stay there again. Great amenities as well!

......you will find a recently painted one level property that is walking distance to Normaltown neighborhood. You will find several restaurants and pubs to have a nice meal. There is a Marketplace less than .5 mile for all of your groceries needs while you are here. It is a short trip down Prince Ave to the downtown area for additional shopping, restaurants and the University of Georgia.
