Family house with pool located in Arrábida's Natural Reserve, only 30 min from Lisbon (25km). Nearest beaches, Arrábida 15min, or Sesimbra 12km. Close to Azeitão a small historic town well known for its vineyards and wine cellars open to the public.
The house, has total privacy and is situated within a farm of approximately 4 acres. The property is located on a small hill in the Natural Park of Arrábida, what allows magnificent panoramic views over the landscapes of the natural reserve, Sesimbra, Caparica, Tagus River and Lisbon. It is ideal for those who appreciate the tranquility and the beauty of nature.
The house is composed of:
A big and comfortable living room with 3 sofas, a fireplace, and a dinning área that includes a table that sits up to 8 people. In this area you have at your disposel Internet .TV by satelite, HiFi, CD Radio.
3 rooms (one masterbedroom with a twinbed, one with 2 beds, and another with a single bed.)
1 bathroom with shower
1 WC
The kitchen is equipped with stove,microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing table

-A Small terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy your stay outside.
-A Large swimingpool of about 700 sqm surrounded by grass where you can find chairs and layingchairs.

House with pool in the Arrábida Natural Park
The house is located on a farm in the Serra da Arrabida about 30minutes from Lisbon. It is a place of great tranquility in full contact with nature, where peace and calmness are guaranteed. It is near Portinho’s da Arrabida beach (10km), a natural bay, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal with calm and clear waters, ideal for swiming and snorkling. The property is 1.5 km away from Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, a village full of history and traditions .
The region of Azeitão is famous for its gastronomy, and during Summer you can find in the surounding villages (from June to September) several gastronomicall festivals . Be sure to taste the grilled fresh fish, which is a delight and not expensive. In Setúbal’s Peninsula were created 5 "Wine Routes", combining Turism, Art and Nature, with tasting famous wines, cheeses and sweets of the region. Vila Nogueira de Azeitão has several supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, coffeeshops and good quality restaurants with reasonable prices .
Beaches: Apart Portinho da Arrabida’s beach, already mencioned, there are still many others beaches worthwhile visiting. I recomend the beaches of Setubal, Sesimbra, Troia and Comporta. And if you go in direction Lisbon’s, you will find the beaches of Caparica and Meco, long and wildly beautiful. On several of those beaches you will find clubs for Surfing, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing and diving schools.
Golf: You will find 4 International renowned golf courses in a short distance: Golf do Peru (4km), Aroeira Club, Montado and Troia Golf, the more difcult and beautifull of the four. To reach it, you have to take a ferry in Setúbal. And if you are lucky, during the crossing you will see a group of dolphins.
The house is strategically located between the castles of Sesimbra, Setúbal and Palmela, and the Arrabida convent built in the XVIth century. Any of them worthwhile to visit when you pass by.
If you enjoy horseriding you will find a few centres within 10 Km.
Lisbon is only approx. 30km away and is a very beautiful and cosmopolitan city. For sure it deserves a couple of visits.
