Sundance Cottage Sleeps 4
Sundance Cottage is a single storey well renovated barn conversion, ideally positioned in amongst in rural North Cornwall and is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas of Tintagel, Boscastle, Crackington Haven, Port Isaac, Daymer Bay and Polzeath – as well as being in easy reach of the A39 from which you can easily access Bude, Newquay, Truro and beyond.
You will enter Sundance through the beautiful garden which surrounds the property, into the utility room where you will find a breakfast bar, freezer and washing machine. Through another door you will enter the main house through the modern and very well-equipped kitchen, hosting an electric oven and hobs, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
The living area comprises dining area with table and chairs for 4, (a highchair is available upon request), sofa and armchair, cosy and warming multifuel log burner, tv/dvd player and stereo for entertainment. Through the living area you can access the sunroom, with comfortable armchairs and sofa this truly is a beautiful area within the property to enjoy the heat of the sunlight whatever the weather, whilst taking in the beautiful view over to surrounding Rough tor.
Bedroom one – Superking size zip and link bed which can be arranged as a twin bedroom upon request.

Bathroom – The beautifully presented bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower cubicle with rain shower and hand-held shower head, basin and WC.
The garden consists of an enclosed patio area surrounded with grassy areas and unfenced pond. The garden furniture will provide comfort for you to enjoy the garden and views from the property over the countryside which surrounds. To the front of the property you will find a driveway with parking for up to two vehicles.
