You will be minutes from downtown Grapevine in this charming lakeside cottage. Recently updated. Relax on the large outdoor patio overlooking Lake Grapevine, enjoy s'mores in the fire pit and experience dining and shopping in historic downtown Grapevine. The house backs to Katie's Woods Park and the lake.

We loved this property! It was clean and had a lovely view. We walked to the lake , flew kites at Katie Woods and had our grandson’s family over for dinner . The kids had never flown kites or had s’mores! Great memories were made and we hope to come back.

My family had a great week long stay. It’s very cute and priced well. The neighborhood was quiet and nicely located by the lake. Highly recommend and will be back for my next Grapevine trip.

Cute & small cabin, great location!

This cabin is small but makes a great base location for exploring the area. Check in was delayed (cleaning crew in the house when we arrived), otherwise a wonderful stay!
