Visitors Encouraged! Relax in our 3 bed/2 bath condominium with vaulted ceilings and large sun-drenched windows. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or a glass of wine on your personal balcony, which overlooks the village.

You and your family or friends are just steps away from shopping, movies, ice cream, and dining. Extend that walk into a stroll and you will bump into centennial trail or downtown Coeur d’Alene. If you decide to lay low for the night you will have a fully equipped kitchen at your fingertips with a table for six of your guests.

You will be able to retire to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, King bed and flat screen or the two additional bedrooms which share a bathroom and are furnished with queen beds. Other amenities that you and your guests may find appealing are an in-unit washer and dryer, garage parking for one and secure access entry.

We want our guests to enjoy CDA and our condo as much as we do so hurry up and come see us!

Great Comfortable Location

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location, loved being close to the shops and restaurants right there. And easy to request ride shares to other parts of town. Bonus was being there during the local Farmers Market one day. Nice, quiet, and comfortable complex.

Great condo in a convenient location

Great condo, clean and updated. Lots of shops and restaurants within a couple of blocks. A boardwalk along the river is a few minutes away as well. Enjoyed a great week in Coeur d'Alene.

Overall a nice condo

The condo was clean and well stocked. However, if you are like most of the population and do not think sleeping with a wifi modem on your nightstand inches from your head, you may want to stay elsewhere. We stayed in a queen bed in one of rhe guest rooms, while do-able, wasn't the greatest for my 6'8" husband ;-)

We couldn’t have picked a better place to gather with family. This place is so lovely, clean, and tastefully decorated. It is also more well-stocked with kitchenware, towels, and extra bedding than any vacation rental we’ve had. The beds are all so comfortable, too! My mom is elderly and gets around with a walker. This rental was perfect for her, with the parking garage under the building, elevators, and walk-in shower. Hope to stay again in the future. Thank you so much!!

Coeur’d Alene Mini Vacation

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this beautiful and stunning property. It certainly checked off our three top priorities: Clean, comfortable and quiet. This spacious three bedroom, two bath condo, complete with a full-up kitchen and laundry, had everything we needed to make our four-night experience one to remember. The property was reasonably priced for everything that was included. Centrally located within walking distance to the Spokane River and close to great restaurants that we could easily walk to within five to ten minutes. Also, only a short drive to downtown Coeur’d Alene and other attractions in the area. The property manager for this condo was extremely pleasant and very responsive to text messages, etc. I highly recommended this property if you are planning a trip to Coeur’d Alene. We would definitely reserve this place again if it is available when we return again in the near future.

Could not get into the condo. No way to contact owner. No way to contact VRBO. Strange TV. How do you get FOX , ABC, NBC etc ? Golf channel ? The dirtiest carpeting of any rental in 10 years. Craig & Carol

Girls trip

We took our annual girl’s trip to this location. The unit was nice and very secure and safe. The three bedrooms afforded everyone the ability to have privacy. There were plenty of restaurants around and we could also walk down to the river from the condo. Enjoyed our stay.
