Make you best ever vacation plans here!!! This beautiful condo is located in Riverstone Village overlooking Riverstone's Main St. This is the best of worlds, a quiet retreat while the Village hosts great restaurants, boutique shopping, & specialty stores for fun activities.

Centrally located to the lakes, parks, Silverwood, Spokane River & public docks, summer water & winter skiing, plus unlimited outdoor adventures.

Step outside and we have bike & walking paths galore, including the Centennial trail. Bring you own or rent electric bikes, boats of all kinds, or winter gear.

This spacious condo comfortably houses & sleeps up to 6. The king master suite has king size bed, large screen TV, walk in closet, bath w/double vanity sinks, glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, & large screen TV. The 2nd Bathroom has a soaking tub. The dining area seats up to 6, with additional counter seating for 3. The living room also has a large screen TV. Wi-Fi , streaming & basic direct TV included. Sofa provides additional comfort bedding with memory foam mattress to sleeps 2 guests. (Pack & play for baby & a child cot is available on request.)

The well equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, & has everything for preparing in-home meals. (Cooking spices, cook/bake ware & appliances to create just about any dish). Convenient laundry in unit (soaps for laundry, bathing and paper goods are supplied). The private patio off the living room overlooks the village-A nice place to relax & sip a glass of wine.

A community patio terrace area has gas grills, fire pit & patio furniture to entertain & enjoy the surrounding views.
Main St hosts a farmers market Wednesday afternoon.

Secured below ground, temperature controlled reserved parking is included. The Riverstone village community has spas, a fitness center, & local rental shops that rents outdoor equipment as well.

Easy access to outdoor recreation, Local ski adventures. Centennial trail & Spokane river. Enjoy concerts in the adjacent parks and pickleBall near by.

Excellent location

We were very impressed with the location of this beautiful and very well maintained condominium. Loved sitting on the balcony deck overlooking the Main Street of this cute resort. Lots to do and loved walking the short distance to the marina and boardwalk. Would love to stay here again!

Extra nice condo in good location

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and well decorated condo. It's in town near the movie theater, restaurants, shops and also in walking distance to the river. Manager was responsive and helpful.

Comfortable Condo in Couer d'Alene!

This condo has all the comforts of home! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and comfort and this place is wonderful! Nice furniture, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely come back!

Our friends from England LOVED their 5 day stay in this condo....I would rent it again for any other guests who come to visit. Owners are responsive and wonderfully cooperative. Location is perfect...only a few minutes walk to our house!

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

We stayed for 6 nights to spend Christmas with family in CdA. It was wonderful to have our own space with a nice kitchen. The heated underground parking was a huge bonus during the winter weather. The location was great too with shops and restaurants right outside our door. We loved it!

Beautiful Facility

The property was perfect for our group of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids, and so beautiful and clean. Everything it described in the listing. Plenty of room and in a perfect location within easy walking distance to the water and numerous restaurants. Loved sitting on the deck after dinner listening to the live music across the street. Perfect location and would recommend this spot for anyone.

Good base for Bike Riding

Nice place to launch out for bike rides on the many trails. We biked 30 mi first day and 24 the third. Gail was very responsive to our questions, and need to reschedule. Lotsa food within walking distance. Would stay again.

Second Stay - Wonderful

Gail's condo is the perfect place to stay in Coeur d'Alene, this was my second stay. It is cozy, stocked with anything you might need, immaculate and right in the center of Riverstone, with all the restaurants, shops, and even a movie theatre a few steps away. The bedding is the best quality and convenient laundry right there in the condo. So so comfortable. Gail is a wonderful host, always available when you need her, but gives you privacy. Highly recommend her condo!

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful, CLEAN Condo in a great location. We usually go for the water views but this time wanted to see what it would be like to stay in a condo with a street/shopping view. It was fun sitting on the balcony in the evening people watching as we enjoyed a glass of wine. The bed is very comfortable. The condo is well equipped. We never cooked but everything you'd need to cook a full meal is there. Easy check in and check out. Nearby restaurants are very good. Try Anthony's and Bardenay. Would highly recommend and we are very picky!

Nice condo, nice location!

Overall we had a great experience. The living room furniture in the condo is pretty uncomfortable! Those cheap little side chairs are uncomfortable! The couch cushions didn't stay in place and we kept sliding off the couch! The beds were pretty comfortable however. The kitchen was well stocked. We forgot shampoo however and there was none to be found in the condo. Had to go to a store and buy some. We would have a appreciated the small shampoo, conditioner and soap that usually comes with a rental. We had a great time in spite of all these issues. We'd love to stay in this area again when we're back in Coeur d'Alene!

Terrific home at a great location

The property was lovely and exceeded my expectations! I was visiting for a working vacation, visiting friends in the area, but also working remotely for a couple of days. The property had everything I needed. Honestly, it was the most well-equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation rental! And I was able to make good use of the comfortable balcony. I loved the location, central to CDA, lots of great restaurants near by, and easy access to the North Idaho Centennial Trail for a walk or run. And a Farmer's Market right outside the complex. Owner obviously takes a lot of care in her rental, was easy to communicate with. Will be looking you up again next time I visit!

Great CDA Condo

Location is great with easy access to Centennial Trial and downtown. There is also a nice retail area right on the same street, but no noise problems. Condo was comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. Manager was very responsive. Check-in was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. We would stay again.

They raise ducks, chickens & beef cattle on land just north of Sandpoint Id. CDA is a welcome getaway, and they love sharing all CDA offers to visitors. Book with them & you can be assured you have all you need for a wonderful stay!

We love travel & staying in vacation rentals. This led us to buy vacation rentals. We know what renters are looking for to make their vacation the best! Our 2 rentals in CDA. Both are located to maximize vacation activities. We love the concerts and Cycling trails, hiking and of course LAKE activities, so close.
For this needing a comfortable stay for family medical treatment at nearby medical treatment centers, we provide support for family members.

Lots of fun activities too! Yes, the beautiful LAKE, with boating and beaches, enjoy bike & walking paths, parks and concerts, movies & ice cream, it's all here for you! So relax on your private balcony, or entertain on the group bbq terrace, complete with fire ring. Rent a e-bike and explore the many paths. We love this getaway, and we hope to share it with you soon!
