Olive Tree Cottage sits in the courtyard setting of Hoad Farm in beautiful grounds. There are two bedrooms, both with en-suites and a bright and airy living area with well equipped kitchen. Each room has it's own TV with integral DVD player and French doors leading onto the pretty shared courtyard. As you drive into Hoad Farm, you will see the large paddock and this is available for guests to use and has an area set up just for the children with climbing area, swings and the like. For those romantics, the large pond is perfect for whiling away the time after a long day! It's suitable for everyone, whether you're looking for a relaxing break or adventure, Hoad Farm offers you a base. Ideally placed for exploring the Kent countryside and all it has to offer. There's Canterbury with it's beautiful cathedral and shops, bars and restaurants or Dover with the amazing war tunnels and Castle. There are a variety of wildlife parks around the area too along with lots of seaside towns so there really is something for everyone. Alternatively, why not pop over to France via the port of Dover on the ferry or on the Eurotunnel from Folkestone?

What makes this property unique
There is a lovely enclosed courtyard directly outside, but the property itself is set in beautiful grounds with a children's play area set in stunning open lawned grounds. The children are free to roam except the area where there is a deep pond where the children MUST be accompanied at ALL times. There is a shared dining area with coal BBQ, table tennis (during summer months) and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.
Hoad Farm is ideally situated for exploring the historic towns and cities of Kent, one of the many wildlife parks or even popping across to France from either Dover on the ferry or Folkestone via Eurotunnel!
