Thank you for your recent review. We are genuinely surprised by your mention of poor communication, as we have thorough records indicating prompt and timely responses to every one of your emails. This feedback is entirely different from the experience we believed we provided, and we are sincerely disappointed to hear these comments.
We suspect this may relate to the matter regarding the costs for cots and highchairs. Initially, in January, we provided a quote for these services, which went unpaid. When you revisited the request in July, the owner had since adjusted the prices. Unfortunately, we have no control over these changes, as pricing is ultimately set by the property owner.
Our priority is always to ensure seamless and professional communication, and we are truly sorry if this felt anything less than straightforward from your perspective.
