We would love to welcome you to our magnificent bungalow in the Sol Park residential complex, located in Aguas Nuevas, Torrevieja.
Sol Park is a newly built urbanisation, with high and low bungalows in a modern style. It is quiet, suitable for children and for relaxing during your holidays. It has two large communal swimming pools, a children's pool and a jacuzzi.
3 minutes walking distance you can find the Mercadona supermarket, pharmacy, petrol station and cafes. The Habaneras shopping centre, bowling alley, cinema and variety of restaurants are 10 minutes by car.
The bungalow has 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second with two single beds. The kitchen is American-style, connecting to the living room. Next to the living room, we find the terrace, which has stairs leading to a large solarium equipped with everything necessary to enjoy fantastic outdoor meals or dinners.
The American kitchen, with a glass-ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen and coffee maker. The 76 m² property has garden furniture, 50 m² terrace, barbecue, internet access (wifi), balcony, air conditioning, 1 Television.
