The 90 m2 apartment consists of three bedrooms, a living room, an American-style kitchen, two bathrooms, and a terrace that is a separate courtyard with furniture. The apartment has three air conditioners. The sea and embankment are, as they say, "behind the fence" - literally just a few steps away! Two popular city beaches, Los Locos and Del Kura, are within walking distance. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (no animals!). The bedroom windows overlook the inner courtyard, which will save you from city noise. Everything necessary for living and relaxation is provided: household appliances, furniture, bed linen and towels, dishes, Spanish television, and Internet. The apartment's location will allow you to enjoy both beach holidays and walks along the neighboring streets, which have many cozy bars and cafes. Other infrastructure is also within walking distance: shops, pharmacy, hairdresser. Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard! Penalty for violation is 200 euros!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros will be charged for check-in or check-out outside the company/office working hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros must be paid upon check-in.
