This beautiful 5 bedroom (sleeps 10) villa is situated on the renowned Praia D’el Rey golf and country club, overlooking hole 5.

The villa is a 5 minute walk from club house and children’s playground and only a 10 minute walk to the 5 star Marriott Hotel where you can enjoy it’s many restaurants and bars. Many other golf courses are also within a short drive from the property.

For those that are looking to be close to the sea, the beach is a short 10 minute walk where you will enjoy the unspoilt sandy coast line.

The Villa set over 2 levels with 3 bedrooms on the ground level and 2 on the upper level. 3 of the bedrooms have ensuites and there is also a main family bathroom.

The ground floor also boasts a very large lounge and separate dining and kitchen areas. All rooms benefit from underfloor heating (available during the winter) and fitted with electrically operated shutters.

Wifi is available throughout the property and there is a fully equipped kitchen if you would prefer to spend time in the property rather than taking advantage of the many restaurants close by. A separate laundry room leads off the kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

There is a large 11m private pool with outside jacuzzi. There is an option for the pool and Jacuzzi to be heated, for a modest additional charge if required.
Other amenities like the supermarket are a 10 minute walk away and the historic walled town of Obidos and the seaside port of Peniche are close by.
