The first floor features two bedrooms with a double bed each, a third bedroom with with two bunk beds and a two bathroom with shower enclosure.

Central Protaras is about 1.3km away and within a 1km radius from the villa you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach and much more.
