Wonderful recently renovated house with private garden, on a plot of 280 square meters, has 3 very spacious bedrooms, for up to 6 people, and two fully equipped bathrooms.
Outside there is a large terrace and garden of more than 120 square meters with a barbecue and everything you need to enjoy wonderful days in the south of Gran Canaria.
The property is located in Playa del Inglés, in a very quiet area and a few minutes walk to supermarkets, bars or restaurants where you can enjoy Spanish cuisine. The popular Yumbo Centrum is just a 5-minute walk away and the famous Dunes of Maspalomas to enjoy its wonderful landscape and take spectacular photos is 1500 meters away from the accommodation.
The property has air conditioning in all rooms, a solar panel to contribute to the environment and you can enjoy long hot showers, it also has its private parking with private access and a large community pool to enjoy long swims throughout the year. anus.
The beds are very comfortable, designed for shared or individual use.

Sehr hügelig
Es gibt nur von einem Manko zu berichten. Vom Eingangstor bis zur Wohnung geht es bergab. Heißt dann auch ca. 80 Meter jedesmal wieder bergauf. Hierzu sollte in der Beschreibung hingewiesen werden. Unser Senior ( 70 Jahre ) mußte aufgrund einer Vorerkrankung unterwegs entsprechende Atempausen einlegen.
