House in the pines for 4 people in Lacanau Océan

DEEMED HOLIDAY RESIDENCE
ideal rental for families with young children or teenagers. the terrace overlooks the heated swimming pool of the residence open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to the end of September.
You are in the immediate vicinity of the reception (children's clubs, restaurant ...), the children's playground and far from the 'theater' and the teen club (SPOT) !!!

House renovated in 2013 with taste:
FLOOR
- bedroom 1: 140 by 190 bed with chest of drawers and wall-mounted TV
- bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 people), a trundle bed (1 person who slides under the bunk bed).
- on the landing 2 large closets
- Italian shower room, suspended toilet, electric towel dryer

- entrance with cupboard under the stairs
- suspended toilet
- living room-kitchen (about 20 m²)
sitting area with a sofa bed (extra bed), 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a wall-mounted TV
kitchen area: granite table and chairs, granite worktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher in 45 cm, washer-dryer and 2 induction hobs (posable), back of house left to tenants' discretion (salt, pepper, paper towel, aluminum foil ...)

Rental possible WE 150 euros from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon
Weekdays possible 60 euros per night (after agreement of the owner, 2 nights minimum)

Maison très bien placée dans le lotissement Pierre&Vacances nous permettant d'accéder rapidement à la piscine et au restaurant/bar. Le logement pourrait d'avantage être confortable : peinture de l'entrée à refaire, meubles assez vieux et chargés par rapport à la taille des pièces et ménage léger.... Complexe P&V très agréable, proche de la mère et du centre. Parfait pour un retour au calme et de détente.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. La petite maison est très bien équipée avec cuisine moderne et salle de bain refaite. Très bonne literie ! Location devant la piscine, très pratique quand on a des enfants en bas age. En saison, et à savoir quand même, il y a deux soirées un peu animées mais tout redevient calme après 23h. Les autres soirs, les soirées organisées par P&V sont un peu plus loins. La piscine est géniale. Possibilité de louer les vélos sur place (mais on ne peux pas reserver les vélos). Piste cyclable jusqu'au centre ville qui permet d'oublier la voiture. Bref, tres bon séjour.

Logement agréable et idéalement situé.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location extrèmement bien équipée. Les enfants ont profité de la piscine et nous avond apprécié de pouvoir nous rendre facilement à la plage. Mme Gressier a tout mis en oeuvre pour que le séjour se déroule idéalement (excellente communication, trés bon accueil, mise à disposition de produits d'entretien et du linge de maison, jeux et livres pour les enfants...) Nous la remercions chaleureusement et recommanderons cette location autour de nous.

Very nice location

The description of the location was excellent. The house is clean and very good equipped, the whole location is nice situated and very quit in October. The owner is a very friendly person, we can recommend the location without any concern. We have been here for one week, spent a lot of time at the beach for surfing and made a trip to the dune of Pyla and Arcachon. All in all it was a very recreative vacation. Many Thanks!
