Our home is VERY CLEAN, and well maintained. This is a Custom Built Home and sits behind a private electric gate in a Family Friendly neighborhood. Decorated for comfort and style, with an open floor plan and large beautiful spacious interior.
It is a 2 minute easy walk to all the action on the Famous Ventura Blvd, in the middle of the Sherman Oaks Village which includes lots of great restaurants, stores, shopping, Starbucks, grocery stores, movie theater & In & Out Burger & more! Centrally located and minutes away to everything! ... Universal Studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica Beach, Malibu Beach, Movie Industry, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, The Getty Museum, Griffith Park Observatory, L.A. Zoo, Disneyland, UCLA Campus & Hospital, Celebrity Tour Bus trips, Hiking and so much more. Fast freeway access for travel. This is a very desirable family neighborhood in the center of Sherman Oaks Village, close to ALL the LA attractions. Wonderful for family's!
The house has 2 car parking, a beautiful back yard patio with flowers & greenery, including, a BBQ and outside T.V. All bedrooms have a T.V. and the main family room has a 65" 4K t.v. including some cable channels. House has Wi-Fi. Baths are set up with the necessary essentials & lux towels. All beds (3 Full & 2 King) are very comfortable and All the linens and bedding are just recently purchased. This family neighborhood is quiet & safe. Owner stays & manages property from "separate" back guest house. Separated with a 7' High privacy fence and your relaxing "private patio". Any questions or problems you might have can be addressed immediately. Your comfort and privacy is essential to us.

From checking in to checking out, this house and the owners were perfect! Fantastic Home for a Family Getaway!

My family came to LA for Thanksgiving, and this was a perfect place to stay. The beautifully decorated house was fantastic inside and out. The house had everything one could ask for to host a family gathering. The owners went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Fabulous home, host and neighborhood

The property is well maintained. We were welcomed with a wonderful smile. The operation of how everything works was on point. There's even a booklet to explain things if you forget. The hostess and host are warm, inviting and offered suggestions to help us avoid traffic. The beds are so comfortable, we had plenty of space to gather and enjoy each other. The kitchen is spacious. The lounging areas provided ample space for our group. Anyone choosing to stay here will definately enjoy the home and all it has to offer. We found so many places to eat and shop that were very close to the home. I have to say that Paulina was the perfect hostess and we will be back again!!

Great for families/convenient location

I stayed at this property with my wife, 3 year old, 1 year old and nanny. It was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The second floor master is very spacious and has a nice big bathroom. Hosts were great, gave us a welcome gift and advice about the area. Very conveniently located being within 1 mile of two major highways. I highly recommend for a family vacation in LA.

Perfect!

Paulina & Chris are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy yet close enough if you have kids to monitor. Everything was spotless and there were even some snacks and drinks for us! Universal is about a 15 minute drive; stores and restaurants are a few minute walk from the house. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Fabulous House!

I stayed at this house for three nights last weekend with visiting family from Europe. We all loved the house and location. It was spotlessly clean. Having three bathrooms was great and the outdoor space was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and sheets top notch. Off street parking was a definite plus. Paulina and Chris were wonderful and so accommodating. It felt like we were staying with friends. I will definitely be back!

Spring Break

This property is wonderful and perfect for families, or those traveling in large groups. The house has super comfy beds, the kitchen is well stocked w/ any kitchen item you might need, the furniture in the common areas is comfortable as well. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is great for walking, lots of shops and restaurants to check out just down the street and close to pretty much anything you'd want to do in the LA area. From check-in to check-out, the hosts were amazing. Accessible and responsive, but not intrusive at all. We loved staying here and hope to stay here again!

LOCATION LOCATION! If your are here on business or just getting away with family or friends, Sherman Oaks Village is were you will want to stay! Centrally located to most everything!!! This is a hip part of the San Fernando valley that attracts all ages.
Only a 2 minute walk to the "Main Boulevard" and you will be able to enjoy many Restaurants from fancy to casual, Starbucks, In-N-Out Burger, Bars, Ice Cream Shops a variety of Stores, Grocery/Markets, etc... So many more places and attractions very close by! Drive to: Universal Studios in 10 mins, Disneyland 50 minutes (south), Hollywood Sign and Walk of Fame, Kodak Theater, take a Celebrity Home location tour on an open air bus or a Studio Tour of the entertainment industry.
