IMPORTANT NOTICE: The South Seas Tower 1 and 2 Association will be resurfacing the exterior of the buildings beginning October 1, 2025, and continuing through April 30, 2027. Construction activities for this project will generate noise throughout the building, depending on the location of the work relative to individual units. This project can also result in balcony closures when work is being performed on your stack.

Sweeping ocean views surround you in this 1,100 square foot, 10th floor beachfront condo. It sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms.

Each time you step onto the balcony, prepare to be amazed by the view of lagoons ringed with mangroves and sunlight sparkling off the turquoise ocean. Sip your morning coffee listening to waves breaking gently on the shore as you’re massaged by fragrant ocean breezes. In the evening, you’ll be treated to the brilliant colors of the majestic Marco Island sunset.

Natural light through sliding glass doors brighten the interior of sea blue walls, creating a feeling of island-style tranquility that’s enhanced by colorful seascapes. Both the living room and master bedroom open up to the balcony, so the stunning ocean vista is the constant backdrop as you relax on cozy sofas and chairs.

The summer kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances and cookware, and both bedrooms come with ample closet and drawer space.

Think of all the comforts and conveniences of home and chances are you’ll find them here. You’ve got air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels. You also have everything you need to enjoy the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

You’re sure to get plenty of use from that gear since you’re located on the Paradise Coast. Take a parasailing cruise and see the ocean the way the birds see it. Go snorkeling alongside sea life. Wade through warm tide pools in search of shells. Or simply lie back and watch dolphins play in the surf.

The activities are virtually endless in the South Seas. Relax in the heated pool ringed by palm trees then enjoy a picnic lunch on tables shaded by tiki umbrellas. Play a game of tennis, shuffleboard or bocce ball, work out in the fitness center, cook on the gas grills, or enjoy some of the daily activities in the social room.
