Fantastic house in beautiful surroundings

A super nice and practical house that had everything you needed for a wonderful week with the family. The pool was big and clean and the pool area was wonderful. We had almost 35 degrees heat for a few days but since the bedrooms were downstairs they were still cool. The surroundings were fantastic for nice dog walks. The host Nicoletta was very accommodating and attentive. We are super happy with our week in Villa Maya!

Magnicent Tuscan villa with fantastic views

We had a wonderful stay. The location is unique with breath taking views in all directions , from sunrise till sunset. We had a great time in the large pool , which was well maintained ( 3 times a week ) by the friendly owner Nicoletta. The villa was perfect for our family of 6 persons , and the bedrooms were not to warm , despite 35 degrees outside .

Heaven under a Tuscan sky

We had a wonderful week - secluded and private with day after day of sunshine. The pool is wonderful. Usually we enjoy a place and think someday we might return but this experience was different. 10/10 and we plan to return for sure. A truly rare and beautiful setting we will never forget. Beautiful villa with wonderful views

We enjoyed our stay in this villa so much! The house is very comfortable with very spacious living room, big, fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms downstairs. We had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The swimming pool was the best one we’ve ever had. Nicoletta was very helpful and kind, she provided us with all the practical information.

Eine traumhafte Ruhe

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Wir können die Villa Maya nur empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, die Villa sehr schön und der Garten mit dem Pool (ca. 10x4 Meter; 1,5m tief) wunderbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es z.B. in Volterra (ca. 20 min mit dem Auto). Der Grill ist gut und die Küche mit eigentlich allem ausgestattet. Absolute Empfehlung :)

Wir haben die Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen, insbesondere den eigenen Pool, die schöne Lage auf einem Hügel in Mitten von Olivenbäumen und der freien Natur. Eignet sich gut für erholsame Ferien.

Sehr schöne Villa in den Bergen der Tokana

Unser Urlaub in dieser Villa war fantastisch! Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat einen wunderbar großen Pool und eine schöne Terrasse, lediglich das Geschirr könnte etwas mehr sein. Praktisch fanden wir die Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster und den Balkontüren. Ventilatoren standen auch ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Auffahrt zum Anwesen ist etwas holprig und zum Ende hin steil aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Nicoletta war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und hat uns mit guten Tipps (Essen gehen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) versorgt.

Nicoletta was an amazing host.

Nicoletta was amazing and began communicating before we had even left the UK. BA lost our bags and so we needed extra help whilst at the Villa and Nicoletta was on hand with the help that we needed. If you want to be in a secluded location with stunning views in a beautiful villa this is the place for you. Could not recommend this villa and Nicoletta enough. Outstanding.

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus! Mit unseren 4 Kindern und unserem Hund haben wir besonders den gepflegten Pool und die Umgebung genossen. Das Haus liegt ziemlich einsam in einer ruhigen Gegend mit toller Aussicht. Im Haus gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonderes Highlight ist der Pool sowie die romantische Überdachung für die Liegen. Es gibt einen Grill sowie eine Bank, auf der man den Sonnenuntergang und die Sicht auf die wundervolle Landschaft bestaunen kann. Siena, Pisa und Florenz sind gut erreichbar, Volterra und San Gimignano sind in der näheren Umgebung und auf jeden Fall mehrere Besuche wert. Nicoletta und ihr Sohn sind sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und diskret. Die Auffahrt ist etwas steil und war für unseren Bus eine kleine Herausforderung. Es gibt etwas wenig Besteck (für unsere Großfamilie zumindest:)). Wir würden sofort zurückkommen, wenn möglich:)!!! Vielen Dank, Familie S.
