Tuscany dream come true!

Everything from checking in to checking out was very easy. The beautiful and spacious property was better than described; beyond our expectations inside and out! It was centrally located and very convenient to do day trips to many surrounding towns. We completely enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!

Beyond expectations

Beautiful home in a charming and serene setting. Drivable to many charming towns and countryside of Tuscany. Great for families, with spaces for gathering and layout that allows for privacy. It is as wonderful as pictured on website, and the host’s warmth and helpfulness made this a perfect stay.

Dream Tuscan Property

Canonica 43 was a dream come true! The property is exceptional inside and out! Very spacious, open and airy, modernized yet retaining the charm of old Tuscany, the apartment was immaculate, very comfortably furnished and with al fresco dining areas to die for. The quintessential Tuscan views can be seen out of every window. The A/C worked well and we experience no mosquito bites dining outdoors into the evening hours every night. Andrea was the perfect host! He recommended a winery to us where we thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting, iconic views and conversation with the owner. Canonica 43 had great access to all of the Tuscan hill towns like San Gimignano and Volterra. If we ever return to Tuscany we will book this property again in a heartbeat and give it our highest recommendation. You'll be amazed!

We stayed there in October, only one word to describe the place - FABULOUS ! Arrival made easy with Andrea, photos and description are spot on. Already planning our next visit. Definitely a score of 100% plus 20% bonus points for the great views all around the house. One minor note - the VRBO map indication is a little off, the house is in the countryside further South of what is indicated.

Perfect escape

Took my family to Italy for a week and we were so very happy we found this lovely villa to rest our heads, dine under the stars (so many stars) and relax in a truly remarkable setting. The hosts Andrea and Barbara were so accommodating and helpful... the airline lost our luggage on the way there and missed connections got us to the property 12 hours late (1AM) and they happily waited for us. They sent us a list of stores where we could buy clothes and toiletries until our bags were found (which they weren't so this was extra valuable). Using WhatsApp as our main communication channel they were always just a quick message away and always had advice and recommendations for us. If and when we go back to Italy I would NOT hesitate to book this place again!

Made our trip to Toscana perfect.

We received a warm welcome by Andrea who explained everything in detail. He gave us some very useful information about the area. The house is amazing, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The garden enchanting, with various places to sit and enjoy the Tuscan panorama. I recommend this place with all my heart.

Herrliches und sehr großzügiges Haus

Barbara und Andrea waren zwei sehr großzügige und äußerst unkomplizierte Gastgeber. In dem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es überzeugt durch sein äußerst großzügiges Platzangebot und die äußerst stilsichere Einrichtung. Es macht einfach riesigen Spaß, in der ausladenden Küche zu kochen oder sich auf das Sofa zu fläzen. Auch der besonders große Pool trägt zur guten Stimmung bei. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
