I am a professional, running my consulting business. I moved to New York in 2018, after spending nearly 20 years living in London, where I still travel to nearly every month for business. London still feels like home to me and I love coming back!
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with the house when I first saw it. It was originally built in the 1880s as a doctor's practice and upstairs living accommodation. When I originally bought it, the house was in a very bad state of disrepair and it took the builders nearly nine months to do a complete renovation. Now the house has all the modern comforts and is very cozy, despite being so close to the City, restaurants, museums and shops.
What makes this property unique
he house is ideally located for business travellers, with the City of London just 15 minutes walk and Canary Wharf easily accessible by underground.
For visitors, several attractions are at walking distance from the house including the Tate Modern art gallery, the Shakespeare Globe and the Thames South Bank.
