A fully reburbished Loft of 40m2 in the Heart of the historical center of Athens, featuring a large terrace of 17m2. A breath away from Ermou Str. , the main commercial street of Athens and just 200m away from Syntagma Square.
Ideally located for business travellers and for guests who wish to feel the vibe of Athens’ night life or want to be close to all the historical venues of the city.
Property lies just around the corner from Ermou Str., the main pedestrian commercial street of Athens offering a wide choice of all kinds of stores.
Monastiraki Old Market is approx 700m away and Agia Irini Square is just a 5 min walk away from the house with many bars, restaurants and coffee places.
All our guests have to do is be prepared to expose themselves to the vibes of the city and become a part of a large company of people.
Athens Phos is located in the heart of Athens Center and as such all means of transportation are available in great proximity. Parliament Square's Metro Station connects the city center with the airport, Pireaus port and all other areas of the city.
An adundance of bus lines also pass by parliament square.
Guests coming with a vehicle can park in the underground parking just opposite the house at a fee. Please note that this parking is not licensed for motorbikes.Taxis in Athens are rather inexpensive and are a usual choice of locals for their movements.
