Welcome to CT1, a cozy one-bedroom apartment featuring a large balcony and access to a rooftop terrace with a view of the Parthenon.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious open-plan living room / kitchen, and a bathroom. It sleeps two guests in the bedroom and one additional guest on a daybed (200x90 cm) in the living area.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a clothes drying rack.

CT1 is located on the 4th floor. Please note that the elevator is accessible a few steps above the building’s main entrance.

Apartment CT1 is located in Psirri (also spelled Psiri or Psyrri), a lively and historic neighbourhood in central Athens, known for its unique blend of tradition and modern flair.
Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri still hosts some traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. Its streets are also famous for bold street art and neoclassical charm.

It is just minutes away from Monastiraki metro station—with direct links to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri sits right next to Plaka, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Early check in or late check out
We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)

Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
