Mooeve Psyri - Great Studio with terrace

This cozy studio apartment with a terrace is designed to offer a comfortable and functional experience for up to 3 people. With a modern and bright atmosphere, the studio features a resting area equipped with a double bed and an additional sofa bed, ideal for one person. The small kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals, while the private bathroom provides all the necessary amenities. The highlight of the space is the private terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing views or an outdoor meal. The accommodation is perfect for both a short getaway or a longer stay, combining the comfort of a home with the practicality of a studio. Its location is ideal, close to points of interest and with easy access to public transportation, making this space a perfect place to explore the city.

We request a deposit of 400€ during the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules is grounds for a charge and/or you may be asked to leave the apartment:


- It is prohibited to make loud noises in the apartment or on the stairs between 22:00 and 09:00.
The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that will activate the alarm in case there are loud noises between these hours.


-Maximum departure time is 11 a.m. And don't forget to throw garbage in the patio containers.


- Smoking, pets, unregistered guests are prohibited.


- Damage to equipment will incur a refund charge.
