This cozy holiday home exudes a rustic atmosphere and is situated in the beautiful, green Noordzeepark. In the large garden on the southeast side, you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the sun or seek shade under the sunshades in various garden furniture. Not only do your children have enough space to play here, but also your four-legged friend cannot escape thanks to the complete fencing.

From the entrance area, a separate toilet with a small hand basin and the bathroom await you. You can already look forward to the shower pleasure under the shower panel with various massage jets. Open the door, and you find yourself in the appealing living and dining area with an adjoining open kitchen. At the large table, the children can draw and play, or the family can enjoy their meals in a relaxed atmosphere. The spacious living room with comfortable leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV is a complimentary place to relax.

A restful night's sleep awaits you in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. In the main bedroom, there is a double bed of 180 x 200 cm. Here, you will also find a wardrobe and a washbasin. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm. An additional toilet with a small hand basin is also highly appreciated.

- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.

Alles bestens organisiert, Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Für meine zwei großen Hunde war allerdings die Treppe zu steil und das kleine Türchen an der Hecke kein Hindernis. Alles in allem aber weiterzuempfehlen.

Schönes kleines Haus mit grossem Garten und guter Ausstattung sowie sehr sauber in einem kleinen Ferienhauspark. Etwas eng. In der Regel sehr ruhig und Hunde freundlich.

Gemütliches Haus!

Das Haus war gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte einen großen Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten (Gartenstühle + Tisch, Liegen, Holzsitzbank mit Tisch) und Beschattung (Markise und Sonnenschirm). Außerdem standen und viele Elektrogeräte (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine mit Filter, Senseo Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Föhn etc.) zur Verfügung. Im Gartenhaus stand ein Grill zur Verfügung und sogar Spielgeräte und Sandspielzeug. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Ich kann das Haus und den Gastgeber nur empfehlen.
