Ospitalità mediocre
L’interno della casa è un po’ datato, sia gli elettrodomestici che i mobili. Nella mansarda è difficile dormire perché fa molto caldo. Il giardino è carino e curato ma ci sono molte vespe ( una mi ha punto) e mosche... andrebbe fatta una disinfestazione. l’impianto elettrico salta se si accendono più di due elettrodomestici contemporaneamente, la posizione della casa è un po’ isolata...serve un mezzo per fare la spesa o per raggiungere i principali stabilimenti di Sabaudia dove non c’è il posto per la macchina.

Mi dispiace che il soggiorno non sia stato di completa soddisfazione, purtroppo quest'anno non ho potuto eseguire i lavori di manutenzione già programmati prima dell'inizio della stagione a causa del lockdown, saranno eseguiti la prossima primavera.
In ogni caso i giudizi sono sempre oggettivi, faccio presente che un'altro ospite è rimasto talmente soddisfatto del soggiorno che ha già prenotato il villino per un mese per il prossimo anno.
