A Pirate's Cove Resort Ballast Point 4 Bedroom Condo that sleeps 9 with Elevator access.

Panoramic views of Roanoke Sound with sunrises you won't believe! This corner unit boasts gorgeous panoramic sound views with a sofa, 2 loveseats (one reclines) and dining room (extra chairs in canal room). The custom kitchen comes with a new stainless-steel refrigerator w/ ice maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, griddle, slow cooker, panini grill, blender, mixer, and large cooking/steaming pot. Sit at the large bar for dining or entertaining!

Sounds Perfect has a sound-front King Master Suite with a new large walk-in shower. The bedroom leads to a covered deck where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and later watch dolphins putting on a show, or watch the large fishing boats coming in. Sit in your rocking chairs and rock your blues away. The canal-front Queen Master Suite has a Queen bed and private ensuite bathroom tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and adjoining bathroom with shower. The 4th and final Bedroom has a Pyramid bunk (full on bottom, twin on top). It shares a bathroom with King Suite or you can lock door for privacy. This condo has 5 Smart TV's with streaming accounts, high-speed WiFi, books, puzzles, and board games. The condo also features a pack-n-play for guest use.

Take a short walk down the canal and enjoy the sunset while sitting on the private bench located on your 30' slip (#128) on the Ballast Point Canal. The World-Class Pirate's Cove Marina, Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar, and Mimi's Tiki Hut are on-site with nightly entertainment. The resort also has a large Community Pool with snack bar, Playground, Tennis courts, Volleyball and Basketball court, Fitness Center, covered pavilion with park-style grills, and daily activities for the young (and young at heart) during the summer. Nags Head beach is only a 5 minute drive. Don't miss shopping at Artsy Octopus on Beach road or the Dare Arts Gallery in downtown Manteo for your special keepsake.

Come to “Sounds Perfect” and make it your Perfect vacation home. Parking for 2 vehicles, one is a covered spot under the building. Trailers must be put off-site for a fee as they are not allowed in this unit's covered spot. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, all stays must follow the Sunday turnover requirement.

Great location. Beautiful views and very relaxing. A bit dismayed that we couldn't use the washer and the bathtub in the master suite wasn't functional. Still a great place.

Everything was nice and clean and exactly as advertised! We had a wonderful time. Had an issue with a ceiling fan making noise which got worse throughout the night, maintenance was there the next day (same day I called) to fix it! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Slice of heaven

This is a wonderful unit for a family group of 6 to 9 people. The decor is bright, light and modern. The view is exceptional. The most expensive place I've ever stayed and worth it. A great location both due to its proximity to so much of the obx but also because of its great location in a corner unit with a water front elevated view. We even saw a dolphin pod one afternoon while sitting on the deck.

Beautiful View

Pirates Cove is a beautiful development and the view from the condo is excellent. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. However, both water front bedroom mattresses were uncomfortable, and one of the bathrooms does not have a door. The noise level from the upstairs unit (running back and forth) was loud and continuous. Great location for exploring the Outer Banks.

Wish bathroom had doors . Awkward because mother in law shared master bath with master room and no door to master room from bath. Also no bathroom door for other bedroom so awkward for people taking shower in there Otherwise great location and pretty unit. Would come back

We had a great time. The property was very nice, condo had plenty of room, clean. Location was great. The only weird thing was that two of the the bathrooms didn't have doors. But we made it work and we would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pirate's Cove. We had another couple join us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The master suite with the AMAZING bathroom was an added plus. Beautifully decorated and well furnished, especially kitchen supplies. Our intent was to fish out of Oregon Inlet but the weather prohibited it. Our central location allowed us to enjoy the surrounding areas easily!

Property is AMAZING. Ice maker did not work NOT a big deal. Gorgeous sunrises, magnificent views. SUPER comfortable beds. Convenient to everything. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! Question: instructions said check out time and return key. No key to property, key pad. Company called half an hour after check out time asking were we gone?? Should we have given verbal notice of vacating the property? Hope that didn't make the cleaners late getting started!

1222 in Pirate's Cove Review

Our family rented this condo for our Thanksgiving get-away. The condo is a lovely, spacious corner unit with spectacular views. It is conveniently located. The staff is excellent and very welcoming. The master BR and adjoining kids BR with large connecting bath was great for family with the remaining 2 BRs were separated and on the other side of the condo providing privacy for all. One BR had private bath and the other BR had bath that could be sharedd with others as it was off the living area. The galley kitchen was adequately stocked but was limited to comfortable use by one person at a time. Kids loved being served in the seats at bar side of the galley kitchen. Lovely large covered deck with nice seating with morning sun and afternoon shade. Negatives were a nasty pillow discovered on departure that appeared to have saliva and other stains on it. New pillows please. No blankets which are needed in winter months. We happened to have a couple for the childen or they would have been very cold as the rest of were. Appeared to have gas firepelace but it was shut off or broken and we could not use. A couple window shades were not working. Windows could use a good cleaning to fully enjoy the views. We have rented OBX beach rentals, but love the location and amenities of Pirate's Cove. We would consider staying at Pirate's Cove in winter or summer.

Nice, quiet area.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The property is well stocked and as advertised. The balcony is large and faces the bay, eastward facing. The amenities are great. We enjoyed the pool daily (one for owners and one for renters). Tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, golf, and play ground are all easily accessible. The elevator was nice to assist a senior in our family. The layout was also nice with private rooms and open kitchen (narrow galley) and living room. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful views and a very nice condo! Master bath is so nice but sharing it with another bedroom and no closing door on the master side was not great. Kitchen is super small BUT beautiful. Whoever cleans needs to do a better job. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and bugs all in the floor and windows. Totally not the owners fault but the cleaning crew could do better!

The rental staff were very kind and I was able to find the small things needed at the little market. The condo was clean and maintained. We were under the impression that it was a house and a little disappointed to walk up to a condo. Also, states the rental cost is $259 per day on your website but we were charged $353, wish someone would explain the huge discrepancy.

My family and I decided to fulfill my 93 year old Mother's wish to see a lighthouse for her birthday. we could not have picked a nicer property. This property is all that was advertised and more. We have plenty of room to spread out and sleeping quarters were well appointed with a tv in every room. We have breakfast on the wrap around balcony every morning and evening conversations at night. The family loved that it was close to everything we wanted to do and see. The elevator was a big plus for Mom. I would love to visit again, perhaps a little longer stay just to unwind. Oh , we meet some of te tenants and they were very nice too, even invited us over for a visit!
