Enjoy amazing views from both front and back balconies in this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath top floor condo. Elevator access, centrally located in the exquisite Shallowbag Bay Marina in Manteo, NC on Roanoke Island.

The living space has an open concept, well furnished with bay and marina views from the window side seating. Large kitchen with a wet bar, stocked with all the essentials needed for preparing meals. There are three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

There are two large decks on the front and back with seating and dining options. The front deck looks over the marina where can sit back and take it all in. It offers breathtaking views of Roanoke Sound and downtown Manteo. The back balcony is a nature lover's dream, quite often you will catch otters playing in the water, a variety of birds and waterfowl and you might even get a chance to see a bald eagle drift by.

Access to community pool and fitness center. On site dining at Stripers Bar and Grill. Short drive to the nearest public beach access. Walking distance to nearby historic downtown Manteo waterfront, restaurants, entertainment and more!
