Een leuk appartement en ook erg schoon. De afstand tot het centrum is echter 30 minuten lopen dus dat is lang. Een fiets huren is een optie die kun je voor de deur parkeren.
Superbe logement parfaitement adapté à un groupe d'amis.
Nous étions quatre couples et nous avons apprécié le confort, le calme, comme l'ensemble des équipements du logement, et surtout sa terrasse;
Parfaitement situé à l'écart du centre et de son agitation, mais assez proche pour s'y rendre à pied si on ne profite pas des transports en commun disponibles à proximité.
Les commerces indispensables sont dans le quartier.
Nous recommandons chaudement.
My friends and I stayed in the property in early October, 2022. The location and property were as expected, but not perfect. First the good:
We loved the living room and dining room, and also made use of the terrace as the weather was nice. We liked that we had two bathrooms, which helped our party of four get ready on time.
The bad: mosquitoes and inability to turn on the air conditioning . We were informed that the air conditioning was turned off for the season, and couldn’t be turned back on. This meant we would be opening the windows to keep the temperature comfortable. The downside of that was we managed to get a LOT of mosquito bites while there. The property manager pointed us to some electrical plugs that used chemical mosquito repellant, and suggested we use fans. That helped a little, but there weren’t enough plugs or fans for all the rooms, so we still managed to get more mosquito bites throughout the trip. Beware of this if coming in the fall. And bring bug spray. Or just skip staying in the fall.
Not even sure where to start! Well first off LOTS of stairs!! On the roof of the second floor so more like the third floor! Then ok when you first walk in but don’t be over 3 feet tall in the bedrooms I can’t count how many times we ALL hit our heads!! Then everything that’s supposed to be just 1 or 2 blocks away is more like 1 or 2 or 3 MILES away!!! Only 1 shower worked because the other only had small amounts of drops coming out! The one that worked didn’t drain so The person that took a shower before use dirty water that’s what you’ll be standing in while you take a shower! Then we couldn’t give a “ specific“ arrival time because the trains and buses that we will kept getting delayed so let’s just say that they were not too happy to be there at 4 in the afternoon!! I’ve been to Italy/ Florence A number of times so it’s not like it’s new I rent vacation rentals from around the world plus I on vacation rentals around the world this was bad!

beautiful place
we loved our stay in Florence. quiet, safe neighborhood with 15 minute walk to city center; close to the 4 seasons hotel and all the amenities of home. the apartment was clean and comfortable, would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence. Parking was not an issue, surprisingly and we were able to drive to Pisa for an afternoon (only 1 hour 15 minute drive).

About what I expected for the price.
The apartment was in a relatively nice part of town and clean. The ceiling is relatively low, so if you’re a bit on the claustrophobic side, you might want to avoid renting it. The landlord was responsive, but not at all flexible. The terrace is small and gets afternoon sun, so it’s unpleasant in the heat. There’s an umbrella present, but the landlord said it’s been broken for a long time: no apologies offered.
There is no lift and a lot of steps. Be prepared to pay cash for city taxes upon arrival. We payed 60 euro for 4 days. Was a surprise to us.
Overall, and average value at best.

Such a great place in Florence
We truly loved this place in Florence. We were a large group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers, and we were very confortable in the house. The staff is extremely nice, the house is clean and roomy, and well connected to the center of Florence by several bus routes. Highly recommended !

Confortable&nice and very closed to Train station
It is comfortable, bright, clean and very well equipped (including a car park just around the corner). 10 minutes walk from the monuments of the historic center! So it is perfect for a vacation or a job's stay!
Amaizing flat and a very kind woman, mrs Deanna, if you need something (as a car to rent or a restaurant where to go or a place for shopping)! Thanks and... I REALLY SUGGEST CASACOSI-MASACCIO TO EVERYONE! :)

Amazing time in this apartment
We had an amazing time in Florence in this great apartment ! We were a group of 8 friends and the apartment was perfect for us : large, clean, very well equipped, quite, and (really important) it has 4 bedrooms so everyone had one. We had great meals in the terrace. Deanna and Nadia were very nice and friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The apartment is only 15minuts walking from the center of Florence so it was very convenient to visit the city. We truly recommend this apartment as my friends and I really enjoyed our time here !
